    I really do not see any reason for any book to ask for my bankstatement.

    for example, I started my Neteller and Moneybookers accounts because I won on some online competitions. So how the hell could I be able to provide them with my bankstatements? Do nto get me wrong, I have deposited with several bookies afterwards, but through Western Union. Then again I have withdrawn that money to moneybookers of Neteller and deposited somewhere else until I lost everything (or withdrew something) and then again deposited through Western Union.
    So, I am wondering, if somebody accused me of fraud, what would my bank statements help them?
    What is next? ID with a photo of the person should be enough and maybe a utility bill if the address is not written on the ID. That is all what I find fair to provide the bookie with. However, if I had my money blocked by some bookie, I would provide them with the info they need, withdraw the money and tell everybody on the forums what happened to me and to avoid that bookie.

      Almost all books state in their TOS that an ID may be required.

      I spoke to BM ownership yesterday. The players can get their remaining balance from their BM accounts but funds in the poker room will remain locked. ACR is going to review their hand history once IDs are received and I'm told players will have access to the same hand history then.

        edc0218 called his/her friend siopow and said...

        "Hey partner, remember that money we were scamming off Bet365? Well, the good people at SBR managed to get it back for us so just wait a little bit and you can do the same thing to get our cheat money from Betmaker. Some people will hate on you and some will be very suspicious, but most of them will just blindly support you because you are the player and they don't really think about how what we do only makes it worse for all the other players."

          I'm doing reasearch on chip dumping and collusion. Chip dumping and collusion on poker is not considered as cheating. It is part of the game that new players should adapt. Most sportsbook are using this tactic to confiscate funds from players. Sportsbook and pokerrooms who practices this behaviour means that they are desparate of money or are losing money in their busines.

          I never heard of a sportsbook returning money to those players who lost a lot of money that were victims of chip dumping and collusion.

                It's so funny right.... you guys are probably still laughing because it's so funny how sportsbook confiscate the players fund but they don't distribute to those players who lost that were part of the collusion. :}

                  I think we are laughing at you. Although, its probably not funny for you to have all your loot confisctaed (robbed). Hahahahaha.

                  (Yes, that was very sophisticated of me, wasnt it? This guy gives me the creeps though)

                    I wonder if this post will get diverted if I call Chipdumping a bona fide idiot.

                            one guy has a stolen credit card, funds his account. they play short-handed poker, sandwiching players and dumping chips to a real cash player. at the end of the day, the real cash player withdraws and gives some of the dumped chips and earnings to the player with stolen credit card.
