jj, if somebody gave me a $500 transfer on PokerStars or FullTilt, and then the site requested they verify their ID and they could not, I would have no problem with them not paying me the transfer. If somebody IRL walked up to me, handed me $500 and ran, and the police told me he just robbed somebody to get that money, I'd have no problem paying it back to the victim (in this case SBR).

People don't just bet it all on a long shot, hit, give 100% of it away to a stranger, and fail to give any reason for their actions.

There are very few reasons Peanut wouldn't verify identity:
Paranoid about giving info over the net and sold points to Nicky
Used a fake name to sign up and is in fact Nicky or a friend of his.
Is underage, and sold points to Nicky

If JJ stands for "judge and jury" you should start looking at this objectively, and disregard that Nicky is your friend and apparently a very good poster.

Pavyracer... How did you figure this out so quickly? Why were you even looking? Strangeness starts here. Pavy is the perfect poster to break an sbr conspired scam. This has become my biggest question so far? The trial should have started here... but that really makes no sense because the trial is being run by JJ, who is also involved. Or alternatively SBR left JJ in the dark and are playing with him like a puppet to drive traffic... now that would be funny.

Assuming Goldbond does know what's going on... then posters on the outside need to start digging deeper into Pavy and the absolute oddity that he would have figured this out within 10 minutes of it happening. Pavers... I think you could see my point of view here.

Now assuming Pavy is simply in the right place at the right time which is difficult to comprehend as I type, then I still think this has little to do with a real scam... and moreso an sbr marketing ploy.

Good point, Nicky claiming he didn't care about points, but showing up daily for his free gov't cheese---kind of refutes that. Nothing wrong with it, but don't pretend otherwise.

I just said it was refuted, not proven. Loshak has came out and said that he is not peanut, and supposedly threatened JJ's life for evening being mentioned.

To posters that have been here for years, this is nothing new. Pavyracer has always been on top of investigations and conspiracies here. It's no surprise that he was quick to find it. Pavy is only 2nd to Tacomax in uncovering scams and such.

Nicky Santoro is a well known poster here. So last week I happened to catch one of his posts earlier in the day and vaguely remembered his point balance. Then in the evening I saw another one of his posts and his balance jumped by 5,000 points or so. At first I thought he was playing poker and hit the Royal Flush that hit that day. So out of curiousity I hit his points history and saw Peanut transferred the points. I remembered Peanut for his thread asking or "harassing" if you like SBR.tv's Judie for a date which I thought it was hilarious. Up to that point I had no idea Peanut was actually gambling. I thought it was just a loser who liked to hit on women at gambling forums and get rejected (j/k). It just happened that I saw this 10 minutes after the questionable transaction. So I started a thread, without accusing anyone of any wrongdoing if Peanut knew Nicky Santoro.

If Peanut came in the thread and said I loaned him the points or we knew each other from another forum and are buddies this would have been a non-issue and the original thread would have gone unnoticed. But here is when it got bizzare. Out of all people the first one to post in my original thread was not Peanut and not Nicky. It was JJ! JJ said that Peanut works for SBR.tv and he is the bearded guy. Then he came up with at least another 4-5 explanations one worse than the previous and every time he framed a person the person denied any knowledge of JJ's accusations.

The real question is why did JJ jumped in first in the thread without letting Peanut or Nicky tell their side of the story but instead threw a smoke grenade in the thread.

Peanut knew he wouldnt be able to use sbr points once the 15th rolled around, so he decided to give them to someone who could use them. Absolutely nothing wrong with that.

If Taylor was still here, I'd have given him all my points before yesterday.

Same reason JJ always does what he does. Wants to create a circus atmosphere with him being the ringleader. It doesn't matter to him if his friends are the ones in the crossfire...lol....it's all about the numbers

Which is why I believe Pavy is the perfect poster to expose the scam without anyone raising an eyebrow... all of this is way too calculated. I mean think about it... This story involves long time posters who have connections with sbr in some way, shape or form. Nicky is very connected to the higher ups here and well respected and yet the soap opera continues to drag on and on into a traffic generator when at any given point, SBR John or Lou or whoever can chime in and fix it... and don't tell me they can't... because I believe if this were all real, there would have been something done by now... especially given that Nicky's reputation is taking a hit. Why wouldn't they bring this off the board and prevent further tarnishment. SBR has too much respect for Nicky to let this continue if it wasn't staged. Just my opinion.

Non-pros are severely limited on what they are able to purchase. I haven't looked today but the talk was only sportsbook cash, freeplays and items bearing the SBR logo would be available.

As a non-pro who usually gives my points to other posters, I am now limited to 2 points a day unless I fill in the application to become pro. In my current situation I'd prefer to purchase charity donations but nope, not permitted...
