unless sbr can prove that peanut is a fraud and he broke the rules or unless they can prove that i am a part of this, then i don't want the pts. but if sbr can't prove anything, then i want those 5k in my acct and it's not even negociable.

oh, and not only will i take those 5k if no fraud is proved, but Peanut will get 15% of NSS.com forever and i will also expect an apology by the mods here within 24 hrs of announcement tonight..

Here's my conclusion based on all the publicly-available information: There is not enough evidence to prove that Nicky is guilty of breaking any rules or doing anything wrong. It was certainly a bizarre points transfer (as I'm sure Nicky will even admit) and there's been plenty of strangeness in the threads that followed ("I couldn't care less about SBR points"/"I will fly to Costa Rica to take a polygraph test to get those SBR points back", etc.) but inconsistent weirdness alone isn't enough to constitute a rule violation. The critical factor in this whole situation is that all 5,003 points can be proven to have been won fairly in the sportsbook- not by some kind of scam. If this was all a plot by Nicky to come up 5k points then he could have simply placed the parlay himself.

With that being said, I think it was perfectly legitimate of SBR to reverse the transaction. It's not the same a Nicky being "punished 5,000 points." It's more a case of Peanut not meeting their requirements for a non-pro point transfer of that size, so the transfer won't be processed until he meets them (verifying his identity by becoming a SBR Pro). If I were Nicky I would be encouraging Peanut to do what is necessary to have SBR process the transfer, as opposed to expecting the SBR folks to sidestep their requirements in his particular circumstance.

Then again, there's a decent chance that this whole thing was all just a ploy to generate traffic and numbers.

SBR Administrators won't respond to me...PERIOD. They asked if I had any other accounts and I said no because I do not. I said what do I need to do to get my points back in terms of verifying my identity and they won't respond. I've sent them about 5 messages in the last 24 hours with no response.
