btw, not to toot my own horn but prior to contest, i predicted i'd end up at least 50+ units and that no other poster would come within 20 units of me. well, i ended up +54 units and no one came within 25 units of me out of the 100 + participants. i called my shot in the only contest i ever participated in.. even Lou said it was the best performance he'd ever seen in his life.

An apple not tasting like an orange is normal and expected. A new non-pro member transferring 5,000 points to an alleged stranger is hardly ordinary, and has yet to be explained.

From what I can understand, nobody from SBR has explicitly accused anyone of breaking any rules or punished anyone. It seems like all they've asked for is a little extra information considering the size of the transfer, and the only additional information they want is a verification of identity. It's kind of like how banks have special verification policies that pertain to unusually large checks. I don't think that's too much to ask, considering the new rule that goes into effect tomorrow that would have prevented this type of situation in the first place. From what I've heard, SBR will be happy to re-process the transaction as soon as Peanut just shows them who he is.

Hi. Your computer must not pick up on the sarcasm font. My point was that trying to compare point exchanges/gifts with murder was beyond silly. Hence, the whole apples/oranges thing. And since Miss Peanut posted that she had sent an Admin a PM, I am positive that an explanation was sent to those who need to know. However, Joe Public here on the forum has no footing to demand answers. There is no Freedom of Information in this situation. And getting their underroos all twisted is juvenile at best. What happened to showing posters respect? We aren't talking about 34 cents a day. It was around $443 when it happened. I know it was pennies a day multiplied but in the end it was close to $450.

Hopefully Peanut will clear this up for you since you seem so concerned.

Everybody seems to really like Nicky here, and he seems to have a good reputation, but the way people around here grub for points, someone just randomly shipping 5k is incredibly suspicious.

If Nicky was innocent, he wouldn't be so mad about not getting 5k points that weren't his in the first place. Seems to me he's pissed off about all the hours he sunk into creating new accounts and betting ridiculous parlays, and now he's not getting the payoff for all his hours of scamming.

It's BS like this that drives up the points prices. Either non-pros shouldn't get points, or this kind of fraud should result in a snap-ban for all involved. It's not like we're putting these people in prison, just taking away the rights to a freeroll that they abused the hell out of. All the posts about "There's a .01% chance he's innocent so we can't take away his acct" are garbage.
