How many here could jog for an hour without stopping?
I'm going to say under 15% of the people here could do it. Tons of couch potato fat fuks like shari.
What's the true percentage of people here that could do it?

Are you serious? Jogging means I would say maybe a 10 minute mile, so this would be 6 miles. 3/4 of people jogging straight for 6 miles? Sad to say I can make it barely over 6 minutes straight jogging, and I'm not even a fat ****. I'm going to try to get to where I can jog 20 minutes, but I don't think I could do an hour in my wildest dreams.

i would need to smoke weed before i jog, i would then make the 60 minute mark maybe longer without stopping.

I lift every night and do 45 minutes on elliptical...still couldn't come close to an hour. Could maybe run 15 minutes straight. Just not built for running...its cardio That I just can't handle. That's why I was a linebacker and first baseman. Short bursts.

Would depend on the reason why and exactly what was chasing me.

If you're not even a fat fuckk - there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to jog 6 minutes straight. Anyone under 35 should be able to do a 10 minute mile, if they are in any kind of "decent" shape.
Now an hour straight of jogging(faster than someone speed walking) may be a problem for some, but still shouldn't be a problem for most people that are under 230lbs.

I used to run cross country and track so im pretty sure I could do it because I no what I can handle. I work out all the time but dont exactly hit the treadmill hard I usually just do a 1/2 or 1 mile on the tread

i can at 350 pounds. But on a side note; who cares about running or jogging. Its not good for health despite anyone says and the guy responsible for the jogging craze has detracted all his statements about it.
Walking uphill is better.

i can do it. if you're serious, you should look for fun runs that happen in your city. look for one in the 12km vicinity. you'll be running for at least a hour there. once you start doing them, they can get addictive.

That's about the max for me. That's about a 5 mile run at a slow pace. Sounds easy but it would take some serious will power after that 3 mile mark.

???/ how did this save your life. Running is not good for you. Who told you to do this? If you mean you were doing nothing before then maybe your better off, but you need to mix it up and also take rest days.

Warrior so you're suggesting being a 350 pounder is healthy and running is not healthy?
