Chandler - BW is Billy Walters. He was one of the guys in the Computer Group in the '80s. If you google him there are some interesting articles.
Those articles tell me that BW was far from being the brains behind the Computer Group. The story I found was that he was employed for his ability to get money on, not his ability to make selections.

But today he is the man. He moves the line more then anyone and his opinion is the most respected by the books.
