LOL that's not bad at least it's creative. Worst she'll say is no. Even being told 'no' gives you a great deal of satisfaction beacause you don't die wondering. But if she's really into you then it pretty much doesn't matter how you ask her out because it will always be a yes....

Right right. The reason behind this proposed move is that 9 out of 10 times I see her she is behind the register with coworkers in close proximity and with customers behind me. The 1 out of 10 is her cigarette break but I am not there that much so the odds of that 1 on 1 conversation outside within the next week or so are low. I don't want her to be feeling peer pressure from her coworkers. I can tell she talks to them about me when I leave.

She has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Puts me in leg locks and then abuses my junk like I am a teenager. It's ******* great.
