appreciate any ideas on how i can get my money.
I requested a 1000 dollar withdrawal december 3rd.I still have not received it here is the excuse time line.
First ecxcuse.It is Christmas teh processor is busy so it is delayed.
Second excuse. The processor is having problems for all of the December transactions
third excuse.you received the money (i did not)
fourth excuse,We will put a trace on it. OK the processor canceled it. we will credit your account.
fifth excuse.You received the money. I did not.(Duh you said your trace said it was cancelled)
They currently have not responded other than to give me the run around and switch me from one department to another and one of the constants is that person is not here that takes care of that.
To add insult to injury i deposited a 100 for the super props contest and low and behold they lost my entry.If i did not have the chat transcript they would of said i did not qualify.As it was i did not get my 5 dollar square or entry in to the blackjack tourney that went along with it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOOK THEY ARE FINE UNTIL YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEN YOU DO NOT EXIST AS FAR AS THEY ARE CONCERNED AND THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF ANYTHING.THEY SURE IN HELL DO NOT DESERVE A A+ RATING AS YOU GUYS RATINGS ARE ONE OF THE REASONS I WENT WITH THEM.BIG MISTAKE.

I said a little over a month ago only books that are in trouble cold call for deposits and they are spamming the hell out of people now. The way it looks like they screwed up your transaction you have every right to be frustrated. I know dealing with payout delays even substantially shorter than yours gets me upset, especially when they’re giving me conflicting explanations of what’s going on and when it will be rectified.

But you’re almost certainly not being stiffed. Bookmaker is just the new name for the version of CRIS that markets to U.S. customers, and CRIS has been booking since dinosaurs roamed the earth. They have no history of stiffing their customers, and the chances that they are broke and unable to scrape together your $1,000 are basically nil.

If that family of books went under and didn’t pay their customers, it would dwarf any other sportsbook collapse since the offshore sportsbooks commenced.

Nothing’s impossible, but let’s just say I think a $1,000 account at Bookmaker is worth a lot more than the $800 Durito’s offering.

Im going to put it on hold till I see where this thread payout issue ends. For the record the last time I requested a check from BM, I had it within 7 days. However thats been about 6-7 months ago.

SBR will never downgrade this company no matter what happens. They simply get too much revenue from bm/cris/dsi and will just rule against the player or ignore the situation. I was looking under some affiliate money in which the top affiliate made into the 6 figures. While the name was anonymous you wanna bet which affiliate it was?

Checks are the way to go. 6-8 days by Mail or 3-4 days by FedEx depending on your preference.

Burger, I totally sympathize with your frustration, and I’ve many times been similarly pissed off about certain things I’ve experienced at offshore books. But while I don’t deny what you’re saying that anything is possible, my judgment—based not on any inside knowledge of mine but instead on what I’ve read for years and years from those who have worked in and do have considerable inside knowledge of the industry—is that the CRIS family of books is one of the least likely to ever disappear with people’s money. I just wanted to reassure you that it is far, far, far more likely that you are currently experiencing a major customer service snafu and will ultimately get your money, than that Bookmaker is unable or unwilling to pay you and you will be stiffed.

For one thing, with their volume, including many transactions of far greater size than yours, if they were broke and had stopped paying, I think we’d be hearing a lot more about it. I myself received three payouts of $2,500 each from this group of books in December and January.

Worth alot more than 800 it should be worth exactly 1000 dollars, hell if you beat the spreads and earn some money especially with the vig eating your fukin wallet all the time you should be paid in a timely fashion. Downgrade Bookmaker now and/or get this shit cleared up SBR. Got Bodog listed as A and they haven't had a payout issue in history as far as I know and I'm on multiple forums, to me if a book has fast 100% reliable transaction that is an A+, if not then the grade should be lower regardless of what they are stuffing in SBR's bank account

Oh, it was nothing that makes for a funny story in writing. It was ten or fifteen years ago, and I was trying to make some futures wagers at their sportsbook. It was just a ridiculous incident of sustained, unprovoked rudeness and surliness. It was so out of left field and unrelated to anything I had said or done that I was more stunned than angry while it was happening. Once I had left and recovered my senses, of course I started second guessing myself for not responding more forcefully instead of just “taking it.”
