Totally agree... packing even for a short stay (I'm doing Thurs to Mon) is a total pain in the ass! I'm trying to decide if I feel like lugging carry-ons around or just sucking it up and checking a bag. I just get paranoid something gets fukked up, like it goes to San Juan or something. Plus it costs now, right? Though it could be cheap, I don't even know.

Well, maybe there's an upside to all the business travel I've done over the years. I'm packing especially light this year so there's room to take home several bundles of cash from the craps tables.

just on orbitz and saw they have cars available for the bash weekend for as low as $14/day. thats cheaper than 1 cab ride

my plane will be landing at 7:25pm on thursday. whohever is coming in at that time and is interested in a ride from the airport to the nugget can come along. The Limo Driver will be waiting for me at the airport close to the baggage area.

you should be good to check into your room at 3 or even earlier if it's available. As far as meeting the people in charge of SBR i would think you would need to wait till the mixer/meet & greet starting at 7:30

The Golden Nugget dinner buffet is seafood and more and they charge $20.99. Across the street at the Fremont Hotel and casino, their seafood buffet Friday night is only $15.99. We got some restaurant.com certificates for the Triple George Grill and the Flame Steakhouse at the El Cortez which you can get a $25 certificate for $2 bucks now using the promo code CLEARENCE for 80% off.

I am getting in at 10:15 AM Vegas time tomorrow, Friday, if anyone else is getting in at that time or around it and needs a free ride to the Nugget, my sister is picking me up around that time and it is no problem at all, just let me know, I'll check this thread periodically throughout the day.
