from that list i would have to chose bill clinton.times under clinton were easier,with most people being in the green.clinton made a bill stating it was illegal for a employ to fire someone because they used the companys insurance to mush.he also allowed moms to take their kids where they worked,and the business had a nursery for the kids to be watched,and clinton also created alot of jobs under him,plus had a big surplus.the only thing i didnt like about clinton was nafta.his idea was great,becauce all the countries were suppose buy and sell equally.instead of us making things we outsourced like hell.the worst thing is my dad has two farms which mostly grows corn,and tobacco.the dumb smokers sued and it was the beginnig of destroying the industry.my dad got a tobacco buy out a few years ago,and the poundage on tobacco has been cut really bad.nobody put a gun to peoples head and told them to smoke.to those people i say **** you.iam sorry guy for my rant at the end.

Clinton vetoed the Republican budgets until they were brought back to him. He realized that it was futile to veto any more since the Republican congress would continue to give him budgets that cut taxes. This, and Reagan's prosperity are what caused the economy to be good and for there to be surpluses in spite of Clintoon.

He perjured himself and was disbarred. If it were not for the Democrats in Congress sticking up for this criminal to their shame he would have been impeached. Imagine if Republicans stood up for Nixon in the same way they would have suffered the same shame but they acted honorably and impeached him as they should have.
