I know the history of the nation and some of the presidents, the first one, some of the famous ones, Manuel Noriega Dictatorship, Omar Torrijos(The guy that got the Panama Canal back to us) , and the presidents since dictatorship ended.

Actually that was the main reason we got independent, Colombia didnt wanted the Canal, but Panamanians wanted it, with some help of USA we managed to fight back those colombians.

I will not lie regarding this, USA helped a lot on Panama devolpemt, Thanks to that we usa the Dollar, we have a stable economy. I Thank the USA for this, but they also had a lot of benefits from ocupying this country since 1903 to 2000

not at all, the poor economic structures of the ussr could not sustain its military defense spending and they were forced out of their "superpower" facade.

fact is russia was not a superpower from about the early 60s on, but they were able to keep alive the perception that they were one.

gulf war was a totally unrelated event that had to do with the iraqis debt to other middle east countries that they could not pay back accrued from their conflict with the iranians.
