what are your thoughts to this series of events

how do your coaches not know tendencies for KC D Coordinator with a game on the line in playoffs. HEAT IS COMING.

after that QB sneak the Browns pull this off:

    1. waste a timeout
    2. run right into a run blitz
    3. try the same screen that didn't work last try and only worked 3rd play of the game... no creativity... no attempt to get the ball to someone 1 on 1

    4. dump the ball to the RB who has already dropped a couple on 3rd and 10 on a route that had no shot for 10 yards???

    5. Punt and never get the ball back against the backup

    Browns didn't capitalize.

The game was handed to them on a platter and they refused to win. This one really hurt

That was classic Stefanski/ Vikings type playcalling

Then look at Reid...brings heat to get the 3 and out asap OR give up the score to get ball back.

On offense he goes for it to win game on 4th...thou shotgun was interesting

Reid and Bill B the ONLY old school coaches w a modern philosophy

It all sucked but the game was lost because of bullshit nfl rules and a missed call by the refs. Stefanski coached well enough to beat the defending Super Bowl champions but couldn’t overcome the momentum disruption that the league and refs set forth at the end of the first half

What exactly are you referring to? Sure, there was helmet to helmet contact but 99% of the time we're all frustrated when we see that call made that changes entire drives and game outcomes, now all of a sudden we're clamoring for a flag to alter an outcome? You can't have it both ways.

Cleveland needs help on the defensive side of the ball. Probably won't win the division anytime soon because they don't play good defense. This was their shot.

lol blaming refs who actually called a great game

                  poor fella

nobody saw what happened on that play at full speed it just looked like a guy coming in full speed sideways trying to push the guy out of bounds short of a TD...

what you should be mad is that Higgins extended both arms out with the ball from the 2.5 yard line while he didn't full control of himself and had no idea if any defenders were close enough to him and he put the ball in harms way and paid the full price with the ball getting knocked loose and spinning to the left into the end zone... instead of maybe luckily bouncing or spinning the other way out of bounds short of the end zone

browns blew it bro... had the ball down 5 fresh set of downs vs a coordinator known to bring the heat when needed and what did the browns do

first down run right into a blitz

2nd down tried to throw the same screen to the same side that only worked first quarter 3rd play of game for browns

3rd down... no extra protection and baker folds and dumps it off to the RB

3rd and 14 can't get a stop to force a punt with 1:15 left or so... have ball with about 1:08 left and a shot to win again

good point. Also impossible to have consistency, due to the human element

I dream about watching a style of football where no penalties are called. Let the players hold, whatever, anything goes. As crazy as that sounds, it would be more enjoyable then having gameplay constantly interrupted and the audience waits to hear if a penalty call went for or against them.

Stevie Wonder could see that was a clear targeting. Defender didn't even use his hands, torpedo speared the entire way. I have no idea how the refs could miss that dirty hit?? That only happens against the Browns. Take away that no call and the Browns win the game.

But, even with that no call, the Browns had many chances and fukked it up. Having an offensive possession with under 4 minutes and going 3 and out is inexcusable. The play calling was God awful. Stefansky called those plays like they had the lead. That game was put on a platter and the Browns fumbled the tray. I can't blame the Chiefs or the refs. That was all Browns fukking it up.

If you would have told me that the Chiefs would only put up 22 points and that Mahomes got knocked out of the 1st half. I would have bet the farm that the Browns won in a blowout. I'm still shocked they couldn't pull out that win.

Not a Browns fan but I really think they've turned a corner, really like the way that Mayfield throws the ball, and with his studs coming back plus a Beckham replacement, they should be stacked for another good run if they stay healthy, worth a future bet imo.

Cleveland being Cleveland as usual. They should’ve never gotten past Pittsburgh. Dumb shit luck only gets you so far, and the Browns used all theirs up.

Must get help for the defense. Especially not having Greedy Williams and Delpitt, 2 top picks out the entire season and may never play again. Need faster LBs and deeper DLine. I’d spend every draft pick on defense and maybe 1 speed receiver. Go get a stud LB or DB free agent and they are looking way up.
