Compiled with the fact that there had been a storm coming that direction for 3 days, add on top of that the fact that every major news channel reported this, It was readily available on weather.com and was discussed heavily during the day on both ESPN and MLB network, I would say that it would not be IMPOSSIBLE to surmise that there perhaps could be a small chance of precipitation.

Exactly that's why you gotta know the game on the field and the surroundings involved with the game rather than just strictly pick games from a data base perspective. I mean it helps sure, but that's just 1/4 of what you should consider when handicapping. He will learn.
