#109Now you are making sense. He threw $100 bills around like we do pennys. he was betting 5 and 6 figures on sports. Also, he was betting horses. it doesnt take long for someone to bust out betting this kind of money. Police walk in and it looks like a double suicide and thats what they tell Jerry. Only time will tell but I will never believe Jackie was in on this. I knew somebody who was in the protection program and they DO NOT SET UP FAKE FUNERALS. THEY JUST DISAPPEAR AFTER THE TRIAL.Comment -

#110this article taken from a poster at majorwager, so apparently the funeral hm director is in on this whole "cover up" too
Foul Play Ruled Out in Shrink’s Death
Foul play is not suspected in the deaths of gambling news website operator Kenneth B. "The Shrink" Weitzner and his longtime wife, Jacqueline, who were both found dead this past Saturday in Chesapeake, Virginia, USA.
The deaths came about because of a "suicide pact" between the couple, said Bob Oman, owner of the Oman Funeral Home & Crematoria in Chesapeake, in an exclusive interview Monday night with Gambling911.com. The funeral home is handling funeral arrangements for the Weitzners.
"The bodies were turned over to us today by the Tidewater District medical examiner," Oman said. "There will be a memorial service here for the Weitzners on Tuesday, and then a day or two later they will be cremated, as per the wishes of the family."
The medical examiner's office would not have turned the bodies over to the funeral home so quickly if foul play were suspected in the deaths, Oman said.
"If there was any suspicion of foul play whatsoever, the medical examiner would be conducting a full investigation and we wouldn't have gotten the bodies," Oman said. "But that (foul play) is apparently not the case. There were no autopsies. There were no toxologicial tests. The bodies won't be embalmed, just cremated."
When a death appears to be an obvious suicide, authorities, if there are no special circumstances, often will not conduct an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
Oman described the couple's deaths as a "double suicide" and said it was part of a "suicide pact" where both Weitzners apparently agreed to mutally commit suicide.
Oman said he was told that by authorities who investigated the deaths, although he added that he was not given specific details.
Ken Weitzner ran the website Eye on Gambling
Notices posted on that website by one of his step-sons announced the deaths--"They took their own lives"-- and attributed them to "sleeping pills" and "carbon monoxide," with no further details given.
In most cases, a suicide note is left when there is a suicide, but Oman said he did not know if one was left in this case.
Weitzner was Jewish and his wife was not.
Under the rules of Judaism, cremation is frowned upon because it is seen as desecrating the human body, which is holy.
"It's unusual but not unheard of for Jews to be cremated," Oman said. "Especially if they are not very religiousComment -

#111So the bodies are going to be cremated. No toxicology test, no autopsey to detemine cause and time? With the lack of investigation in this situation you have to wonder.Comment -

#112I've never heard of this man before his RIP threads were first posted so I have no real investment in the whole situation either way.
I will say though, that if he is in witness protection or has fled to Butt Fukk Iowa as some of you surmise, he is an absolute piece of garbage for doing this to his extended family, friends, and those Internet buddies who obviously feel strongly enough about him that they refuse to accept the official explanation and let it go. He isn't Elvis, for cripes sakes, and yet people are torturing themselves over finding the 'truth'. To put oneself in a position when you know your disappearance would impact so many people is just irreprehensible.
On the other hand, if he is in fact dead, and despite the theories flying around, all fingers are pointing to the fact that he is, maybe it's time that the whole thing is just dropped?! He has surviving family, who are obviously avid users of online gambling forums and for them to have to read some of this stuff would be pretty hard to handle in an already distressing time, I think.
Those who doubt: Would you be satisfied that he is dead with an open casket funeral after 3 autopsies had occurred, and you were there to see it all for yourself? If your answer is still no, then you may have invested a little more into the Shrink's life than he obviously ever invested in yours and the reasons for that are only something you can figure out.
Regardless, as a female and more importantly, a mother, I will say that if this was not a double suicide and was in fact a murder suicide then this fukker can rot in hell. There's no friggin excuse for that - don't care how much money you've pissed away because of your degenerate habits and square plays... don't take a mother away from her children. Ever.Comment -

A husband and wife who died over the weekend apparently committed suicide, although their deaths are still under investigation.
Police received a report of a double suicide Saturday morning in the 2100 block of Hickory Forest Drive. They arrived at 10:42 a.m., according to police. The cause of death won't be officially known until toxicology reports become available.
That could take up to 12 weeks, said Officer Dorienne Boykin, Chesapeake police spokeswoman.
The couple who died are Kenneth and Jacqueline Weitzner. Kenneth Weitzner was a retired psychiatrist who once ran an online sports gambling magazine called The Prescription from his Chesapeake home.
A memorial service is scheduled for 2 p.m. today at the Great Bridge Chapel of Oman Funeral Home & Crematory on Cedar Road, according to the pair's obituary.Comment -

#116I read some thing earlier, not sure if true.....did Kenny take dog(s) with him to Hell, also ?
I think he really is dead.
If he didn't murder wife, and kill himself....one logical explanation remains....
Kenny got in trouble with DOJ, IRS, etc...AND dragged his wife into it....both facing decades in prison....didn't want to do the time for the crimes of EOG....sort of being made an example of, perhaps ? I believe you are a bookie, when you run a forum from the US involving sheets. SBR left Texas, right ? RX is not US based ?
Maybe some other guys quit even posting because of this, ( TT ?)
I think mods are safe. I'm pretty sure agents are considered bookies.
Who killed Kenny ?
I think, Kenny did.Comment -

#117So now we have a news agency saying that the cause of death will not be known until toxicology reports are made public, and a mortician that says that there was no autopsy, and no tox reports done.
I do not know the laws in Virginia, but I have never heard of a death by means other than natural that do not have an autopsy and tox tests done. There is no question that these deaths were NOT due to natural causes. If that is, in fact the case, and the mortician is correct, this stinks to high hell. Can you blame anyone for believeing that there is a cover-up involved? If there is a final tox report issued, and if an autopsy has been done, then we can put to rest all of this.
I will say that the cremation bothers me. That destroys any evidence that the bodies could produce if further investigation warrants it. I would like to know who ordered the cremations? Was this the wishes of the deceased? Was the decision made by family members? I think that this question should be answered. The more information made available to the public, the quicker rumors of everything else can be put to rest.Comment -

#119bigdaddy, maybe the two have wills where it states their wishes to be cremated. who knows. relax. cremation is common these days because dont like the primitive idea of rotting in a grave and taking up valuable space on the earth. personally, i have always found burial to be archaic and backwards thinking. just my personal belief. no offense to religions who believe in burial but i personally do not believe in it.Comment -

#121Oh I am not doubting that what you say is true. All I am saying is that if information like that were released, it would put a lot of rumors to bed. I have no idea as to the answer to that question, and aparently those who do, are not talking. Lack of information is the biggest feeded of rumors. The more information known, the more rumors get put to rest. I have years of experience with situations like this, and I know that as soon as we were able to release information to the public to put rumors to rest, we did. This was done so that the family can have some closure and not have to read, listen to, or be questioned about things like this for the rest of their lives.Comment
