I don't even remember what that was like. But I think I would have sworn up and down that there was one, when you ran for over an hr and hit your 3rd or 4th wind.

    I just don't remember it

    good luck with the pills

The only reason swimming is not ranked ahead of walking in my health books...........

              1. Not easy access to the masses

              2. To much chlorine exposure

I agree with the walking. Not only is it good for your health, it gives you time to think and clear your mind and you feel so much better mentally afterwards.

                          1) I only wish the lake wasn't popular with the masses.

                          2) Not much chlorine in the lake; but I dare not get into the river below the dam when thousands are tubing on a warm summer weekend. Lots of beer being consumed, and not a lot of restroom breaks being taken.

I find walking extremely boring especially when there is a game on TV. I always run so I can be home faster and place my bets.

wind sprints in the street have merit as well.

Swimming will do damage to your shoulders, I would advise against it unless your under 35.

better damage to your shoulders than to your knees. freestyle (front crawl) might hurt the shoulders, but there are many other strokes that will be fine
