I wanted to use this website mainly because I'm self-excluded from so many other websites and also because they use WebMoney, which is a nice way for me to deposit and withdraw.
My WebMoney is fully verified and this is a safe way to deposit or withdraw, and I also verified all the details in my account there. I started to play in the site by depositing small amounts of $10, $50, $100 .... all deposits and withdrawals were almost all the times processed instantly, they were processed fast, and only a few withdrawals had the exception of being processed within a few hours.
However the last withdrawal I made was for $1007 yesterday in the morning and they haven't processed it yet ... now for most bookmakers this is reasonable that it takes time - but not with this one, I went into the chat there and asked other customers if it's normal they don't process withdrawals within maximum of 6 hours and they all confirmed this is weird.
So I tried to deposit another $10 and placed a small bet, asked for withdrawal of $11.70 and received it quite instantly! How come this was processed but the previous withdrawal wasn't?

I asked for their customer service for help but they just copy-pasted answers to me, they don't answer in proper English and their answers were repeating themselves by email with the following answers:
- Our paysystems provider have some technical troubles. All problems will be passed in the nearest hours. Sorry for some delay with transaction.
- Submitted by technicians. (They are trying to say they forwarded the issue to their technicians)
- Submitted by professionals. (Same as above - just to their professionals - not sure who they are)
- In the near future issue will be resolved and all transactions will be carried out today.
They basically just gave me the loop all day long, telling me they're working on it but then answering me with the same thing from before.
They are repeating the same thing, copy-pasting one of these 4 answers above and that is how they choose to avoid paying out - and on the same time they just frustrate the depositor by having him go in circles for no reason.
I tried calling them on the phone but they only speak Russian, I might ask someone I know who speaks Russian to talk to them but I don't know if that will help ...
Anyway please avoid using this site, they are very SELECTIVE about when to pay to someone ...!
I would advise anyone who uses this site to stay away from it, because they can choose not to pay you and give you lots of hassles when you try to even get information what's wrong.
