Courtois getting injured was big.
Not like they would have won but at least not on garbage like that.

They won't play one maybe till the semis.
You clearly don't understand what heart means. After England went 10 men down they had to dig deep for those last 20 plus minutes in order to stop a very hungry home team in Mexico from tieing it.
There are a lot of teams that would have broken down under that pressure.

Pack:
1) How about Belli checking back to break up the MEXICO pt-blank chance? Most top strikers would not be there.
2) And Pickford was IMMENSE. He stopped at least two shots that were going straight-in.
3) Tuchel setting up shop for the last 30 minutes! He's literally banking on the game ending 3-2.
Where's the fuckin power box, Carol?

Remember all the players who used to say they're too tired after the long club season? Chance to make memories.
Compare that to the Americans. We waited 32 years to get the games back on home-soil. The teams we beat were teams we SHOULD have beaten. Pulisic talked about picking up a sprained ankle as we got rolled by Belgium. Best chance to make the final 8, and we weren't even competitive.
Absolutely and that's all you can ask. Its never been about losing that's annoyed me over the years it's been the lack of heart.

Absolutely Bellingham and Pickford came through hugely. I think if we hadn't have lost are man to the red card we wouldn't have had to setup shop like you said.
I liked also that they didn't need Kane to come through with a huge performance inorder to pull it off in Azteca. The depth is their.

I go back to the 9-goal game at U-20. Opponents build a scouting report. Figure they would have seen him as a threat after 8.
I think he seems slow because he's so tall (6'5"), but once he gets going those long legs outrun everyone. He has been clocked at 22.9 mph while Randy Moss ran at 22.7 mph.

Exactly. The American players are very well-paid. The whole country got behind em, but we're left with Tin Men:

Haaland acts like he doesn’t want to score on the pitch, and then he goes ahead and scores

Yes, Dwight. It's strange. It's like his efficiency of movement is just right.

It appears that Rice obtained a virus after issues of cramping and lack of hydration. That Mexico game was 6 days ago , so I can't see it still being a major factor. Still.....

England vs Norway : 5pm
Over 2.5 @ 1.75 ( 2 units )
I think the over is the safest bet. As much as i like England to end the Norway cinderella story, I like goals even more. Every game played by Norway has covered the over. England has 3/5 overs , and scored 2 against Panama while keeping a clean sheet. No idea if Rice will start , Saka inserted on the right side will also make great book ends with Gordon. If I see any glaring match up problem , it has to be Gordon attacking Norway's right flank with Ryerson defending. Bellingham and Kane are garnering all the glory , yet Gordon's play against Mexico went unnoticed. His pace gave fits to that Mexican backline , causing endless foul calls. As for Norway and the beast Haaland , injuries and a red card to Quansa make it difficult to see a clean sheet for England. The weather in Miami Gardens is 32c / 90f and mostly sunny at kickoff. I think it rains goals
GL to all

Bet365 increased my superboost for this game from $20 to $50. Every WC game it was $20...
Must mean both teams are not scoring.
Or because I lost $30 in casino which I never play.lol

Yeah and Norway has no business winning here but they probably will to crush me.
Norway team is a bunch 77 ovr common golds.
This is actually embarrassing for England to be favorite so little.
People don't understand how bad Norway is, Haaland doesn't matter because he's easily shutdown by a competent team. He wouldn't even see the ball against Spain.

I like under 9.5 shots on target.
It will be an ugly game not a shootout.

If England lose to Norway, I'm going to make Argentina lose to Switzerland.
