So alright I haven't paid back the money that I owe to Credit Wagering. I have paid them back once before and have been paid out to twice. But I just think its amusing that they call me and leave me voicemails harassing me and threatening me and my family all the time. If they were true professionals i'm pretty sure they wouldn't be doing that.

Last night they called and I decided to finally answer a call rather than letting it go to voicemail. And I joked around with the guy saying that i'd pay him 10 bucks a month until my debts are gone. The guy was trying to be nice to me or something because he was laughing everything off. I also called their so called international collection agency a joke.

So I get off of the phone with him and then about a half an hour later he calls me and I didn't realize it and he leaves me a voicemail saying that I screwed up and shouldn't have ever screwed around with him. He said that I am going to receive a "visit" now whatever the hell thats supposed to mean. He continues to act like a real tough guy and then says that my mother is going to pay him back with blow jobs until my debt is gone. This is the part that is really screwed up.

I'm not even sure what to do about this threat but to just continue to call his bluff because I think a true business who wants their money wouldn't continue to threaten me consistently like this. I know I should have just paid them from the get go but when I lost the money I was going through quite a rough patch and couldn't afford to pay them back right away. Then the threats started.

What would you guys do in this situation?

Honestly, you clearly state in your original post that you were avoiding their calls, and than finally decided to answer and joked around telling him you would pay him $10 a month.

How long did you dodge their calls before they started leaving nasty voicemails?

because me personally, I would give you 3 calls if no answer or no returned call I would start leaving nasty messages also. That is expected when you owe people money and start dodging them, the threats and insults were brought on by yourself. Intentionally not answering the phone can be passed of as you not being home but not returning the message is an indicator of pure disrespect. All you needed to do was return the call and explain you situation but instead you dodged them and are now complaining because they left nasty messages.

If you told me you would not do the same if somebody owed you money and was dodging you than you are full of shit!
