Honestly what book would offer credit to U.S. citizens who they know are likely to stiff them and expect debt collectors to be able to collect in a country where their business is illegal?

Be very cautious because if they have sent you money than they know where your family lives, trust me nobody is gonna loan out money if they have no legal means to collect without a plan B.

Actually they most likely do pay taxes in the country where they operate their business since the U.S. chooses not to license and regulate online gambling they have no jurisdiction to collect taxes. Ok, my turn to chime in here.

I have played with CW since a few months after they opened up. In 1.5 months of nov/dec 08 I took them for a lot. Overall I have got them for a lot. Ben would call me up and we'd talk for about 30 minutes probably twice a week, he'd tell me about great stuff going on with CW, we would discuss games going on that night, ect ect. Ben would always say something like "Man, you nailed that 3 team parlay, keep it up". I would also say "Ben why are you so happy I am winning, shouldnt you boot me or lower my limits soon *I posted up and had higher limits by the way*". He would laugh and say "your doing good, but your not even denting us, keep winning have fun". If your on Bens good side, he is the nicest guy you could ever talk to.
Sometimes he would start going off about some punk (like the org poster) who won and is telling them to fuk off. From what I gathered from Ben, he does not give a shit about the money. Not one bit. Ben is huge on respect. He would always say "I payed this kid over 2,000 and he's telling me to fuk off over $500. He's treating me like Im a bitch, like he can just piss on me"
Ben reminds me of the old school people who feel respect is the ultimate payment, money cant buy respect, ect ect.

Bottom line is you get treated by CW how you treat them. If your down, as long as you stay communicating with them, explain your situation, SHOW THEM RESPECT....they will help you. Need a payment plan.....say you owe $1000, work with them to pay 200-300 every 2 weeks when you get paid. They will work with you as long as you respect them.

And lastly....collectors. Ugh.....ya guys, they do have them. I am not going to say much, but I am going to have to say dont piss them off.

I had a problem with a book based outside the US. It was a logistical problem. Within 24 hours they had someone physically correct the issue in my State. All these books have agents who wouldn't mind getting a few bucks to send you a message and get a blow job from your mom in the process.
