#72Guys,
LooseLines & Jazz do NOT use the same account#. We have spoken to LL mgmt and any software issues preventing users from opening both accounts should now be cleared. Please open a Jazz/LL account if you have but not the other, in order to be prize eligible for that week.Comment -

#74The issue with Looselines and Jazz is not that easy to overcome.
--: I signed up a week or so ago, and was told I already had an account (LL-----). But now I can no longer log in with that? Do I need to sign up again, or do I have another account number?
You are now speaking with Mark of Customer Support.
Please hold while being transferred to Erika Ramirez of Sales.
You are now speaking with Erika Ramirez of Sales.
Erika Ramirez: Good Morning ----!!
----: good morning
Erika Ramirez: Give me one moment to check
Erika Ramirez: ------------ is your full name?
------: yes
Erika Ramirez: everything seems fine
Erika Ramirez: what password you try to use?
--------: So LL------ works for Jazz? I have a password that ----------------
-----: I just tried again, but can't log in with that.
Erika Ramirez: If you want we can do another account for you!!
Erika Ramirez: let me transfer you to Robert so he can help you with that!!
------: hold a sec
Please hold while being transferred to Robert of Sales.
------: Do I need to sign up again? Because I can do that later. Unless someone can just give me another account number. I don't really have the time to sign up now.
You are now speaking with Robert of Sales.
Robert: I'll be with you in one minute
------: Yeah. Erika did the same thing. 'Typing a message' at bottom of screen for several minutes, and answer with a one liner. Meanwhile I'm on this for over 12 minutes and am still at square one. Very flaky.
Robert: one second
Robert: if you can not log into ll
Robert: the best will be create a new account
Robert: that is what I'm doing
Robert: I'm ready
Robert: are you?
-----: depends
Robert: ok
Robert: when you are ready
Robert: please let me know
------: ready for what?
Robert: are you goin to play just for free
Robert: or you are going to make a deposit?
-----: did you create another account?
Robert: nope
Robert: if you are going to play just for the contest
Robert: you don't need another account
-----: They tell me that I do.
Robert: sir with all my respect, are you going to play just for free or you are also planning in funding an account?
------: I called to ask why I can't log in. That was my question. And it still hasn't been answered. I have no intention to play at Jazz in the near future.
------: Twenty minutes, and you folks can't even answer a simple question...
Robert: ok
Robert: we have log into your account from here succesfully
Robert: any other thing
Robert: ?
------: I still can't log in
Secondly, if I would deposit at Jazz, they would give me another account number.
And the BTP contest wants a separate Jazz account?
Something doesn't make sense.Comment -

#79Originally posted by SexyMitYes I do agree I think this format will be better, I went 4-0 a few times last yr and only got maybe 60 dollars cause the Prick sucks at picking picks. You guys said he spent the offseason studying up last yr and he still stunk it up all yr. So I like the have to have a postive points week in order to qualify, I suggested that last yr as well.! GL to everyone this yr! I will be looking for a repeat finish in the top prize!Comment -

I just got off the phone w/ a Jazz mgr and players are able to open accounts at both Looselines and Jazz, however at the moment it is rejecting both signups due to an update that is being made. It had previously been working for the past week or so.
I will post again as soon as the signup restriction message is lifted.Comment -

#89I had to call Jazz on the phone. I was put on hold and had to speak with 3 different people. They are aware of the SBR contest and why people are wanting an account. I set one up but had to do it on the phone. They did tell me if I made a deposit I could only play at one of the books and not both. I have no desire to play at either.. I signed up at all the books for the contests.המוסד

#97Guys,
The Jazz/Looselines sign-up has been fixed. I just verified by signing up a test account both places. Anyone that submit a LooseLines account for all 3 weeks MUST open a Jazz account!
You can edit the account #'s yourselves now up until that week starting.Comment -

#103Okay, time for stupid clarification questions. So, to participate in a weekly contest you must have an account with the corresponding book for that week, i.e. to play week #1 you need a BetJamaica account? And what's the purpose of the "No Prize" checkbox for each week? Am I the only that finds the setup for this contest more confusing than high school trigonometry? I've looked at the rules and all the available info I could find but it's a bit lacking in clarity. Got a link to a better description somewhere?Comment -

If you check 'No Prizes', it means you are playing for fun that week, however your record will count to your overall contest standing and Grand Prize eligibility provided you supply a Grand Prize sportsbook (Bookmaker).
If you have any other specific questions that are not covered in this thread or on the Contest sidebar, I'm happy to assist you.Comment -
