    Yeah. I called, Lennie wasn't there, I was put through to a woman (after a guy who couldn't speak English well). Now that I think about it, she only had information up to 23 January and could not confirm anything that happened after that date. I told her what I've wagered since and she told me that was still $3,700, but come to think of it if I told her I had wagered enough, she didn't sound like she had any way to confirm it and process a withdrawal...

    I mean I'll wager some more, but how do I know we'll actually get paid once I do?

          cascade is a book that I'm waiting for the "dust to settle" at until next football season...at that point I'll make a decision on whether or not I'll do business with them...

            Skybook took in Pinnacle players - currently in slow pay mode.

            Quite disturbing as all those books must have had very large deposits from former Pinnacle players.

                    It's frustrating but I wouldn't say disturbing. You take one of the biggest books in the world and pass their Neteller liability on to other books. Then Neteller turns off the flow.

                    Makes sense doesn't it?

                    I think you'd be hard pressed to find someone who would rather have their money in Neteller than anyone of those today.

                      Thats because a rather small book like Skybook, that was basically worthless without its silly promotions, shouldnt just take a ton of sharp Pinny players (and give them a bonus too? dunno).

                      Wsex and Cascade will 100% pay everyone, but Skybook?
                      I would be worried if i had a large balance there. That book was always overrated.

                        Mag,

                        Cascade had its own Neteller account coming in and is probably happy to widdle it down when possible. I'm not sure of what Horizon/Atlas are doing at present. I can't think of a reason why anyone with a funded Neteller account wouldn't be thrilled to bring it down.

                                  SBR Odds shows -110, and so does a guest visit to the site. Can't log in so not sure if it changes to -105 for existing accounts.

                                            No luck Bill Left it a couple of days assuming the 'system' would have sorted it out by now, tried just now but still no joy

                                            I know my username/password is correct as I use 'Roboform' for my details + I have also tried entering them manually with no luck.

                                            Still can't contact 'Live Help' looks like I will have to phone yet again to sort my A/C out

                                                Sure did Doug. Stupid thing is Cascade sorted my 'zero balance to the correct one a few days back & I could login fine. Their system is 'screwed up' somewhere along the line.

                                                Can't be bothered to phone them now as it's almost 11pm here in the UK & I've had my fill of Sportsbooks for the day

                                                    The books that have their accounts in Euros are/were in good shape. ABC probably has a USD account.

                                                          I spoke to Lenny 45 mins ago, and I asked for a Neteller payout instead of the check that I have already waited for 1 week. Lenny said my request will be processed within 1 hour.

                                                          There's still 15 mins to go, let's see what happens..............

                                                            Here's the update, I got my funds 1hr 10 min after I spoke to Lenny. This is through Neteller, so I guess it's biz as usual.. Maybe they really have problems issuing Check.... I called in and filed my request 1 week ago, and even got an email saying my check might be processed this week... and according to Lenny, nothing's in the system....

                                                            maybe it was becoz i got the wrong person to work on my case, maybe it's becoz of check, maybe it could be other things

                                                            anyway, i am just glad i got my money from them.... staying off for a while
