    I like this "DPT" software much more than the "5dimes", nice and simple..

      Thats why all books should allow their clients to open their account in Euro or CAD not ust USD. some of the books like 5dimes, youwager only allow people to open accounts in USD

      Neteller doesnt do bank wires in USD anymore this includes all their clients not just american

            The figure shown on your Credit Journal Main Page for Jan and that for 24 Jan is Different.
            One showed $8910, the other showed $7810
            My beggining balance on 24 Jan is $11710, and I won $1000 and lost $3800, so it's $11710+1000-3800 = $8910

            I believe I figured out how your mistake occurs, you deduct the $1100 I lost on 23 Jan from this figure.
            But please, this is a credit journal, I lost $1100 on 23 Jan, resulting in my balance going from $12810 to $11710, so this is double deduction.
            In fact, yoru Credit Journal on 23 Jan simply showed a loss of $1100 without the balance. i had a balance of $12810, before I lost that $1100.

            While I understand that maybe you are still smoothening the edge with your new software, this is a very serious error resulting in a deduction of US$1100 from my account, and I sincerely urge you to rectify it ASAP

              Enhanced ecommerce and playing options will be a great benefit to all. Tech will be smoothing out the bumps from the transitions as we move forward. I understand the frustrations from the other side of the counter, but at the end of the day, there will be a more comprehensive product for use.

                I know I was unlucky there but I thought that some small money remained, I guess it is not bad idea to make screenshots especially during those days

                I know I placed few bets during january there but there are no bets in history - is it technically impossible to transfer also bets history?

                      I really think Cascade is going to make a run at the number one hole with offshore sportsbooks and if they keep juice lower than -110 it might be a given. The new software upgrade is a big plus. It is a perfect time for them to move up.

                          The guy at 877-924-2233 always gave me this number. It seems that CS is very busy right now, but I probably lost everything, thank you for care, Richard. I like personally people from bookies at forums.

                          ...but...OT..

                          I really started to hate Betfair (A+)...becuase.. I have small forum for fun, there was some new nick pretending to be a player (called "Cock" in my language LOL) and he wrote everything nice about Betfair and all another bookies especially exchanges were crap in his opinion. He wrote for example "nobody knows who is tradesports or matchbook" or was very happy when Pinny went out of US.

                          In the same time some guy from Betfair started to negotiate about advertisement banner. I refused him. But then the "Cock" started to use the same arguments on forum as the guy from Betfair (in private e-mails). I posted it on forum and he confirmed that he works for BF... that he only wanted to help players and such BS...

                          So what is the point? Somebody here posted that this advertisement posting should not be allowed. I disagree. We should appreciate all people that post like representatives from sportsbooks and bring some useful info. They can help us. And this promo is ok IMO. But good sportsbook should NEVER post pretending to be a player.

                            Cascade used to use Wagerstreet's software at one time.I think they may have leased it from them?I really loved playing there when they had that software as I still consider it the best around.

                                    MB, WSEX, BJ, CRIS are definitely the one who benefited from the Pinny exit, but I think Cascade would have a good chance to take a new role if they do what they're suppose to do.

                                    BTW, months ago, I was ready to join them so I sent a email asking some questions, but never got a response from them, so I hold my step.

                                        CS is good when the phone get answered, Richard is apparently the guy to speak to, pretty reasonable. never had a reply to an email yet from csd@cascade

                                                              Normal processing time is one business hour for non-US Netellers and Book-to-Book transfers. Check service takes 2 days.

                                                                I am also waiting on a cashout. Sent an e-mail 5 days ago trying to confirm completion of my rollover, never responded. Assumed I was OK and requested a cashout, no deduction from account or acknowledgment yet. Tried calling but could not get someone who knew about my cashout.
