i have both offshore accounts and an agent type of internet accounts like keeshen. I post up with my agent at the start of the season. He doesn't bother me unless I'm 2 times down the post up. I don't bother him until the end of the season though he'll pay whenever I want. It's easier with the agent. If he doesn't pay up, never happened, I know where he works and he has more to lose than me. Besides, I know some of his customers and they would also move out. I'm looking for another agent type. Enough of these bullshit slow internet payouts.

Remember, with the new UIGEA (Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act) law, a lot of offshore accounts makes it even harder to deposit money in there and request a pay out. Bodog is charging people $45 for an additional request withdraw in a month. They only allow one free withdraw a month and it takes around 2 weeks for their paycheck to come to your house.

A lot of my customers are word of mouth so basically everyone knows one another. I give my customers a PPH internet account to wager at and my policy is very simple and straight to the point. I only allow deposit betting. My customers deposit money first by giving me the amount of cash they want to wager with. The good part is I allow my customers to withdraw money whenever they want with a 1 day advance notice, and I deliver the cash to them in person the very next day. Very simple, no pain in the ass procedure.

It's a lot better to bet through an agent, but make sure the agent you're betting through has a lot of customers. Deposit betting is always better than giving customers a weekly credit limit. It's safer for me and safer for my customers. Chances of anyone getting screw over is 0%.

Safer for you, not for them. Confiscation of funds is an archaic practice that should be on its way out when something better is developed. TomCowley has written on and on about this.

[i think most people would rather deal in cash than have to deal with checks and then have the bank put a hold on the check, do you limit your players, or do you not worry about who wins how much

No, safer for both the players and the agent. You never taken bets before so you wouldn't know shit.

Why a lot of agents that let players play on a weekly credit limit usually fail is because if ONE player stiffs an agent, that agent is going to have a hard time paying the other players that won. Chance are that agent will run away and disappear.

So deposit betting is ALWAYS better and safer. I have never heard of a bookie agent that failed by using deposit betting methods with their customers. It's like you're going to a casino. You only get to wager with what you have. Fuucck that weekly credit shit. You only get to play when you HAVE the money to lose. You don't go to a casino and say "oh I'll pay you next week." Fuuck that bullshit. You need to buy chips first. Same shit with me, buy credits first and then use that to wager. This is the only way to ensure all winning customers get paid ON TIME. It keeps EVERYONE happy. The only people that has a problem with deposit betting are the people that plans to stiff agents, or have that type of agenda in mind. Think about it, if players can't deposit now, what makes you think they'll pay up when they lose? Like I said, it's like going to a casino. Show me the money and buy chips (credit) before you wager.

                    Enough said.

I only use one website that I pay for which I give my customers to wager at. It's a Pay-Per-Head website. And no, I don't care how much they win. Whatever money they deposit is the money they get to use to wager with. It's just like other offshore sites. Except I deal with cash in person, not credit card deposits and paycheck payouts. Deposit and payout both in cash, and the good and juicy part is I allow my customers to withdraw money whenever they want! Can't beat that of course! No offshore website allows that. All offshore websites only allow ONE free paycheck withdraw each month. Any additional withdraw request, they charge you $45 and up each time! No good!

To all agents that's reading this, deposit betting is the best way. Giving your customers a weekly credit limit has way too many faults and it's unsafe for everyone. And if you, as an agent, wants to protect yourself and your players, then YOU need to use deposit betting from now on! Beware of any customers that refuse to deposit before they wager!!!!! They can stiff you ANYTIME they want, or they have that type of agenda in mind!!!! And what are you going to do if one person stiffs you? Beat his ass? Like that's going to help. One person doesn't pay up, you're going to have a very very hard time paying up the other winners. And then when that happens, you lose credibility and you lose customers. A lot of agents ran into this problem and have to stiff his other customers, or run away from this businness forever.

To avoid that kind of situation, then you need to use deposit betting because there's no way anyone would get stiffed! Just no way, it's not going to happen. It's like going to a casino, you don't bet on credit limits. You buy chips before you can wager. Deposit betting is the same. It's like buying chips (credit) first. Safe for everyone.
