Yay they ran the market back up to the top of the range we have been in for the last couple of months. Tomorrow could be a key day to see if we can move above the resistance at this level with some volume. Today I am starting to see a little sign of life out of the banks, industrial, and small (IWM) bidness. My short squeeze doesn't happen until we get above the resistance, and if we do the mere fact that I and a shit load of others will have to buy back our shares should be enough to catapult the S&P up another 100 to 150 points easily. That only happens with volume, financial,industrial, and small to mid cap stocks. If the Fang stocks are in charge, then the violent uptake will be muted and some of us will think that we are being head faked.

Anyone have any advice on Moderna? I'm so pissed because I invested in it this morning but the money didn't take until the afternoon and it actually dropped 0.36% from the time it kicked in. Pissed off. But I was wondering if it's worth keeping in and if it will keep going up? I would think if it's going to be behind the vaccine, that it should keep going up.

Still waiting for gas to kick up. Have my stock in Phillips 66 and it's stuck in neutral.

I wouldn't own it, falling sales and negative margins = bad performance. I'm assuming you bought it because it has gone up so much recently, but I think it's too far too fast and would expect a pullback.

I bought it hoping they would produce the vaccine. But I’m worried it may have peaked today and bad news tomorrow may send it tumbling back down.

Holding on to Phillips 66. Gas can’t go any lower. Expect good results there within a couple months.

I have no opinion on moderna, I believe the Oil sector is about to take off, in fact just today I started to buy some SLB or schumbersha or however you spell it. Phillips isn't a total oil play, but I see the starting of the oil patch return so you should get some improvement from past performance.

Yes. Would rather own it over 57 than under 55, as ironic as that sounds, it's true. This was 150 dollar stock pre-Covid.

Yes.... I work at the largest facility they own on the west coast and we’ve yet to slow down during this pandemic.. we have made significant moves in the last few weeks to put us in very good position to rebound here shortly. We also supply California with 25% of its gasoline

i would be surprised if it got back there any time this year... oil was $60/barrel vs $30/barrel now, and all their other revenue streams were generating a lot more revenue

so much demand erosion, and supply all over the place that nobody knows what to do with, i don't see how oil prices are gonna go up that much further from here... just think of all the jet fuel/diesel fuel/etc that has been going unused

so yes it was a hell of a buy at $40-60 but i don't see why it should be worth as much as it was before the world stopped

The market moved to the top of the trading range yesterday. Today we have the financial guys testifying before congress. Which means Democrats will be hammering them with stupid questions trying to probe out how they are fukking the average person. This won't end well. Market is hanging in there so far but well see. We are still in the I-beam of bullshit pattern we have been in for the last couple of months.

NVDA went into hyperdrive today up almost 6% blasting through ATH. Weird too because semis had a bad day SOXX down over 2%. NVDA earnings next week Thursday. NVDA up about 70% from the March lows less than 2 months ago. What a buying oppo that was.

And another $22+ since. Earnings Thursday ATB should be interesting.
