I remember some bettors on here complained that Bitcoin transaction time was too slow.
If this is a major problem in the future then Ethereum and Litecoin would be the main gambling currency because of faster transaction time.

to put this in perspective... im going on month three of a real estate transaction... if you want to complain about transaction times, just know there are archaic ways money is being moved around. Cant help but appreciate this new technology (blockchain, etc) and it should not be taken for granted.

It's crazy that IOTA is #5 in market cap but hardly any exchanges support it. Anyone know why that is?

not 100% sure but the second it starts trading on bittrex, its going to skyrocket even more... praying for 2.60 to pull the trigger

Or Poloniex or Kraken. I imagine they will all support it at some point. I bought it on Binfinex back in late June. Then when Bitfinex booted US customers I had to download the IOTA wallet and send it to myself. It was the only way to keep it at the time.
As far as a dip goes that's anyone's guess. The way it has skyrocketed I would think there will be at least a minor correction. But then again it is hot as fu#k right now.
I played golf on Saturday and my buddy who doesn't know sh*t about crypto asked me if I could help him invest. I said sure and then he said, "great, there is this new one called IOTA that I wanna buy. Have you heard of it?..." I couldn't believe this guy who has never even owned a bitcoin wanted to buy IOTA. It's up around 100% in the last 48 hours...

LIKE BTC and ETH when BTC was 2500 and ETH hit 200....people feel left out, like the boat was missed so they didn't pull the trigger.......the time is still now for IOTA IMO...

I use Coinbase too, I'm currently looking into Bitifinex to trade IOTA. I was looking for somewhere that would allow leverage but screw that I'm about to just jump right on in! I'm jumping in the car with you on this one Shocka!

don't buy on coinbase. deposit the money first to coinbase, go to gdax.com, use your coinbase login, transfer the funds there and then buy there... the fees are so much lower.

if you already own the btc, I wouldn't say it matters... but in terms of buying btc... I buy it on gdax by setting a limit order a couple cents lower than the current trading price and buy for no fee. then send to whichever exchange I am going to buy the alt coin with.

Unless they changed it recently, if you send the bitcoin out directly from GDAX, there's no fee compared to sending from Coinbase wallet.

takes longer I suppose.. just sent some btc from gdax to binance about an hour ago and don't see it yet

Ok, I own the coin through my Coinbase wallet. So are you implying that from Coinbase to Binance that there's gonna be a fee, and that I can bypass the fee if I went through Gdax?

I have coinbase and I now have binance. How do I transfer the money from one site or account to another? When I click sell, it only allows me to sell to my personal bank account

go to binance, get the wallet address for the btc... copy that, then go to your coinbase account, click "send".. put the address in, how much you'd like to send, and then play the waiting game.. sent some an hour ago and am still waiting.

Why is coinbase's price for bitcoin and ethereum different from binance. I mean they are close, but not the same.

Is it like 2 different sportsbook. 1 has line -3 (-110) other has -3 (-115)
