It's really not dumb at all. The brand name Bitcoin keeps BTC #1. There are many coins that are faster and cheaper.

That's why IOTA is different than everything else. The Tangle could be the next step past Blockchain kind of like Facebook was to Myspace. Here's to it going huge

You can send either one. I bought it a couple of days ago at $.98. It's now at $1.52 so I'm not sure how much more it could go up. I'm holding no matter what happens.

The saying is "I'd rather be lucky than good." I think that may apply to Cryptos. Exposure + good marketing may lead 1 or 2 to the top. Surely most of these cryptos are going to drift away.

Anyone here with an opinion/experience with Binance? My "let it ride" btc is in GDAX, but I have a little I'd like to play with. Verified at Bittrex, want to try Monero, maybe a little Ripple. But they don't offer IOTA, while Binance has all three. All opinions welcome.

Raiders, question about btc diamond. If I move the btc in my electrum wallet to an exchange (either Bittrex or Binance) will I still get credit for diamond? It's not much but free is free. Have you heard anything about GDAX/Coinbase honoring the fork? TIA

one things to watch... if there is a sell off of bitcoin, interested to see if people roll that into bitcoin cash or eth... holding btc and eth in case one gets rolled into the other.

I got banned in chat for spam which lots of users do when they get mad they lost a bet. Then they blocked my ip address and wouldnt let me login to my account and support just ignores my emails. They kelt my bitcoin. Total scammers. I have been a member with them for over 3 years. I guess it's selective scamming.

Took forever but they finally gave me my account back. That was annoying as penetrate. They said the reason they did it was because i logged into my account too many times from same ip address lmfao makes no sense

There was another thread a few months ago maybe where the poster said he had his account locked after doing some traveling and placing bets using his phone browser then requesting a cashout....froze until he could verify which IP address he "normally" uses to access Nitrogen....even though he setup 2FA from the beginning.

I read everything here with a skeptical eye, but there's been a smattering of these types of comments and it has kept me wary of Nitrogen. I use my phone browser constantly and would have no idea what my "normal IP address" is. Helpful comments/rebuttal would be appreciated.

Personally, I cant think of any of these IP security issues that have left me concerned Hotcross. The guy who was traveling was inconvenienced but he got paid and they were doing it for account security.

Yeah its the second time it's happened to me as well. Better off using sites like 5dimes bookmaker etc. Nitrogen sports has been sketchy lately.

I might be giving Nitrogen another shot again this weekend for the college football games. I've been with them before... (no issues)... I just didn't understand the value in wagering strictly BTC at the time. They seem to be treating everyone fairly.

You can move your BTC out of Electrum and still own bitcoin diamond. Just don't export your private keys. No wallets are supporting BCD except some Chinese wallets.

You'll have to wait to get your BCD. Electrum may do the work for you and give you your BCD but they aren't supporting it yet. I haven't heard anything about Coinbase supporting it yet.

Optional always giving out great information and I agree with him. The cases of having a wallet locked are infrequent. I would guess that most of us switch IPs since we are forced to use different IPs.

There must be a few things that Nitrogen is looking for coupled with a change in IP. Just guessing it could be a change in IP along with an irregular betting pattern or unusual withdrawal amount.


Nitrogen isn't going to want to freeze a lot of accounts. They would definitely lose business. At the same time security is important when accounts are anonymous.

up to .65 cents right now , encryption messaging network , i like the tech behind this and theres a very solid slack channel
i think in the coming years it could be a solid investment , for anybody looking to invest into a start up ( not affiliated with the project, just invested myself )

Used them once, wasn't the biggest fan of their user interface, but YMMV. Their withdrawals weren't the cheapest either from what I remember compared to what the normal cost of sending Bitcoin at the time was.

Okay, thanks. Sucks Bitfinex quit taking US customers, could get what I want in one exchange. May experiment with a small amount, see how it goes.
