BetOnline trying to screw me out of $77,000 Slot winnings (claiming technical issue)

I just talked to Robert guys. He emailed me a massive excel spread sheet showing my Demi Gods slot play history. What was happening was whenever I had a win I was being rewarded my win amount + my bet amount. I was still seeing my balance fluctuate up and down because on a losing spin I would get nothing. He apologized for not having all the information at hand when we spoke over the phone yesterday. He also apologized for the mishandled software integration that led me to think I had won a small fortune lol.

He was extremely professional and apologetic. He let me know that he values my business and doesn't want to lose me as a customer. We are currently in discussions about compensation for the mishap so I can at least walk away from this with something. Thanks again for all the support guys! SBR and the entire forum community helped me tremendously and I'll never forget that.

Thanks for updating the forum. We also spoke with BetOnline and they filled us in as well. There were a small number of players who similarly ran up inflated balances due to the erroneous configuration of their newly added UC8 slots games. In your case as may have been explained your balance 'should' have ended up being negative $12k.

I get that people assume it's us v them but over the last 6 months to a year BOL have been ultra fair with players in dispute on quite a few occasions and I have not seen them act unfair at all, or even hardass. Only a month or two ago a player with two accounts won a poker bad beat jackpot which could have been voided quite 'fairly' by the rules. But they were reasonable and didnt stick to the rule and paid him that 130k+. There has been half a dozen smaller incidents like that.

BetOnline went through the entire history & calculated what each spin should have paid. This was necessary to determine his correct figure; if the game had been working correctly he would have busted on the 45th spin.

He said his balance still went up and down. So I guess I can see how he might not notice his stake being added to win amounts. I don't think he was taking a shot.

And I guess they mean there was a 12k downswing during the play that could not have been played through without the extra credits.

I don't think ive ever deposited at betonline, mainly because its 30 day wait if you use credit card.

$90,000 seems like a pretty big difference if they were still debiting losses and leaving his spin money in on his wins. Did you mean 12k less than what he actually ended up?

I had a freeplay in the casino about a month ago at a mid-level book, and the software went down completely after I won 90 on a spin. I went back in and had nothing. I called them told them what happened, they said they would look into it. I wasnt even close to the rollver, and I would have never been playing if I didnt get a freeplay. I call them a few days later, nothing. Then I call them a week after that, and they have no answer and give me a 25 dollar freeplay. I really dont know how anyone can get into these things, way more of a hassle than entertainment.

As for Sutter, after they see his history on their website, I would think he will get more than 250. Probably a very large freeplay with a rollover attached. I'm glad to see it is being worked out at any rate.
