i didnt want to trash OP but he sure did seem bubbly/giddy out of the blue b4 he claims they had come to agreement, something seemed off why he was so happy, he was tossing points to people, acting like he had hit the lotto, even after they posted he was really $12K down that night and he looked like clown
but that good old sbr PRO status meant his word was bond LOLComment -

#318Just my 2 cents but OP has been playing online for quite a while. I believe he knew what was going on and just played it out. Like FunnyB said, we all do
thinfs we regret while younger that we wouldn't continue as we get more responsible In life. Even though I doubt OP is younger guy, don't think he's quite there morally yet. Plus sounds like has bigger problems gambling & getting shit face drunk on a Monday night.
I'm guilty of betting smaller venue MMA fights years ago that had TV delays and the results of the fights would be in and the line would still be up on a few books, yes the lines would be still up after the fights were over in live time... It was free money.. I took that free money several times.. Those were the good ole days...
Books need to keep their business straight.. Gamblers see angles we will take it...Last edited by JIBBBY; 05-04-17, 07:41 PM.Comment -

#319Final update. It was a non disclosure agreement like most of you predicted. So can't comment on compensation.
JIBBBY I literally thought I legit won $77K. Was feeling on top of the world for 4 days until I read the email telling me there was a technical error and they confiscated my funds. Did not think there was any glitch. Part of it probably has to do with the slot games these days. It's not the old school 3 reel - bar, cherry, 7's that is easy to read. So many different pay lines now and a bunch of different random symbols in these games that I just press spin and look down at the win amount if something hits.
As I said before I appreciate everyone that took the time to view and comment in this thread. Even the negative comments helped. The power of communities like this make offshore gambling a much safer place.Comment -

#323There you go again acting "holier than thou" Philly lol. It was a Wednesday night-early Thursday morning. My days off from work are Wednesday / Thursday and I work overnights so these were normal hours for me. Haven't drank like that in a very long time. It will be a while before I do again.Comment -

#325Well just like any stock and even the S&P's they are all never bullet proof in a stock market crash.. Certainly not a great idea to buy stocks at their peak price either.. I still think Bitcoin is as safe as most conservative stocks investments right now... From what I've been reading bitcoins aren't going anywhere.. It's not like ponzi scheme..
You also don't have to put your life savings in it either.. Throw a couple thousand in and see what happens over time.. When you need to make a sportsbook deposit take it out from that few thousand you threw in bitcoins..
If it crashes you don't get completely burnt... If stocks or bitcoins crash you hold and don't sell for a few years til the price comes back.. It's a gamble though just like most stocks at some level....
keep in mind the irs could consider every bitcoin buy/sell a reportable transaction, so if you are selling bitcoin and not reporting it they might consider it 100% taxable gain no matter what you paid for it. or shut down coinbase saying they should've issued 1099s to everyone.
i didn't lose money on the market fluctuation, i lost money on theft, which can happen very easily with bitcoins. yippee i'm holding bitcoins in a secure wallet! oops they broke bitcoins off into 2 separate coins and mine are now worthlessComment -

#328unlike investing in a stock, if you're holding bitcoin at coinbase (or anywhere for that matter) the us government can just steal it like they did with mt gox, poker sites, etc... and then make it very difficult to get back.

Well like I said I don't have much invested in bitcoin, all the books are pushing for it these days, seems to be expanding and growing.. If there was massive bitcoin fraud or major IRS implications going on regularly I think the public would catch on to it as it would be all over the internet.. I don't think this Bitcoin deal would still be around and or growing if it was a scam or incredibly risky...
Gotta use some common sense on these issues sometimes..Comment -

online poker was booming too right until it wasn't... housing in florida/vegas/arizona right until it lost 70% in 2009... etc etc
circle already stopped doing bitcoin transactions because of irs issues, coinbase has been issued a summons

I hope you got most of the 77 anyways bud..
Oh and Sorry to call you out and say you knew there was glitch when you didn't... I just figured if you see your balance while playing the slots you would notice how your balance would jump.. That's all.. I assumed wrong...Last edited by JIBBBY; 05-06-17, 03:01 PM.Comment -

#344Update guys. Spoke to Robert, regarding my own issue asked him if he's the same Robert that helped out op. After brief explanation we figure out it was him.
Sutter got an additional $250 and that's it. Only reason they paid him more is so he would sign the nda. Books always win.Comment -

But to be fair, he would've only lost $88 as that's all he had
I understand where 12,000 comes from but he was never in danger of losing north of $100

i think a reasonable person, after playing for a few hours, even if drunk, would notice that when you bet 150 and only hit something puny for 20 it was paying 170Comment -
