Just found out 5 Dimes offers alternate O/U in baseball, have been looking for this but only knew of bet365 which does not accept US players. I know this outfit is highly regarded by most but just want some specifics as to withdrawal times, CS, withdrawal costs, if there is anything I should know about before depositing. Also if I take their bonus it says there is a 5x roll and 30 day hold but after I complete the roll can I request my winnings so long as I keep my initial balance in there? Thanks in advance, I think I have a good shot at doing well with these. Hopefully they don't limit too quickly

#3I played there a bit and never got to withdraw as I got greedy and ended up losing a decent roll....but anyway this is what I know and what I have heard. Withdrawals are easy and really quick, I haven't heard of a single person having an issue with that. I will say this....CS sucks. They are pretty rude and half the time act as if they can't be bothered. They will eventually do what you want them to but you have to push them a bit on almost everything. They basically do everything to the bare minimum when it comes to software, CS, etc....
I definitely would recommend them as they are a solid book and you can find some great lines. I hope that was helpful....Comment -

#4I'm not sure about their bonus offerings, their reduced juice is effectively their best true bonus for players. Their live chat is helpful enough, and player feedback indicates check withdrawals are being delivered in 2-5 business days, usually they come on the front-end of that depending where you live.
Also, I think players being limited at 5D is greatly exaggerated. So long as you're not a steam-chaser and you're not solely playing to pick the book off, chances are you will not be limited.Comment -

#5Thanks guys, I may just pass on the bonus, don't want them to have more of an excuse to boot me or limit me as I don't wnat to lose the alternate o/u's although 50% free play is nice. I hate when CS service agents are pricks but seems to be more and more commonplace although the guy steven on live chat was nice enough last night.Comment -

#14You help me i help you
i have been a member of 5Dimes for over a year...
they are straight up legit...
HOWEVER- I wouldnt advise the 5x rollover thats just too much odds are you'll be reloading and will never take advantage of this, it forces you to make I dont now how many but alot of successful bets ...so if you need a $1000 or something for a car payment then ur funds are tied up!! so thats no good-restrictions on funds suck so "I 'd stay clear of that, just take the smaller % for signing up or email them and ask for rebate back (i think it is 2x per year) I have so many sportsbooks i cant remember...
why are you interested in these alt runlines?? you bet 1st half of ballgames or 2nd half??Comment -

#16Regarding 5Dimes.
Some books are very friendly, but play games with you when you start winning. I have my share of those.
Then there are those few that are a little rude, but are very fair and upfront. 5Dimes is one of those few.
Choose the reduced juice option.
It still amazes me that so many players here don't look into Matchbook. I save $500-$1000 a day on juice playing there.
I know, it must be the bonuses others offer, right? But trust me, You'll save so much more in the long run with Matchbook.Comment -

#18topper: you play alot of bases so 5dimes should be your spot. dont take a bonus and they won't limit you to $50 on reduced juice which is a big place. hammering their overnite lines is VERY profitable so far in bases. the book in general has more betting options for every sport than everything i've seen. you can go thru with every sport and see their above average....MMA: the best. their tennis odds are great and they cover everything even challenger incase you want to chase overnite while your sleeptheir soccer lines are good from what i hear but i do not play much soccer. tons of lines and alt lines for nba. withdrawals are really fast and their livechat is good. i agree do not call them unless you really have to because every1 that ever answers talks like youre bothering them.
a+ book IMO.Comment -

The free check withdrawal is by fedex and not regular mail?
The withdrawal amount has to be between $1k and $2.5 in order to be free?
Amounts under $1k aren't free?Comment -

#26Also, I think players being limited at 5D is greatly exaggerated. So long as you're not a steam-chaser and you're not solely playing to pick the book off, chances are you will not be limited.
Both of my limit reductions came on the very same day I requested payouts from my account.
Contrary to what others have said about Tony being hard to deal with, I found him to very pleasant in my conversations with him even though the end result resulted in my limits still being reduced by 80%.
He indicated to me that he runs a business based on profits and losses and felt my business would not be profitable now or in the future. He did go on to congratulate me for my "wagering prowess". I asked him if there was any part of my betting which he specifically objected to and offered to refrain from betting on anything he wished, but it didn't get me anywhere.
5Dimes was a big part of my betting arsenal with all the options they offer but with an 80% reduction in betting limits, the site is of very little use to me anymore.
Their super quick processing of payouts was also another great part about 5 Dimes.
Every single part of the 5Dimes organization is A+ except for the part of them drastically limiting players they assume to be sharp. I always thought 5Dimes was like BetCris and Pinnacle and willing to take on all comers. Unfortunately, that is definitely NOT the case.Comment -

#30If you are a recreational bettor or not the sharpest tool in the shed, you won't have any complaints about 5 Dimes.
However, if you are a more serious bettor who knows what he's doing, they will continue to cut your limits rendering the book useless.
I understand they are in business to make money and dealing with sharper bettors is probably not worth the headache to them. However, in my opinion, no book should receive a perfect A+ rating if they openly admit they don't want to do business with sharper bettors and 5 Dimes has made this fact 100% clear.
An A+ rating should signify a book which is top notch in every way and 5Dimes is NOT since they are refusing to offer service to higher limit, sharp players.Comment -
