He single handedly sunk the markets for the last month with his doom and gloom speeches. On top of that this Thursday he's going to increase taxes across the board. The biggest tax increase will come to those in the lowest bracket rising from 10 to 15%. Add in and increase in capital gains tax.......and the market is in a tail spin. He may go down as the 1st president to help destroy the economy in his 1st 100 days in office.

That pretty much speaks for itself. Fact is, his policies are anti business, anti capitalist......and anti making money. He wasn't lying when he said he was going to redistribute wealth. Frostno, no disrespect but the two have an inverse relationship. Meaning, when you lower capital gains taxes.....more taxes are reaped because more people look to invest in the market on a short term basis. When you raise capital gains taxes people hold investments longer, trade less and therefore less taxes are harvested. This is proven because over the years of increases and decreases in the cap gain taxes you can measure the taxes taken in. Thats why what Obama is doing is so whacky. One would think more investment in the market would be a positive by lower participative taxes especially at this time. It's almost like the guy is trying to sink the market by his administrative tactics. Lower taxes, more participants. Higher taxes causes investors to shun the market, for example to invest in tax free muni bonds or alternative investments.
