Strongly disagree. These are heavyweights so inevitably have the power to end a fight at any given moment unlike featherweights, and besides that chance, Mir has proven in past that he can pull off a flash KO (like knee to chin against Cro-Cop) or more likely than KO the obvious submission threat. Elkins chances of a flash TKO/KO or submission or much lower
