Afraid it does no good to ask Pinny what is up with the wager delay thing. It's still happening. If the wager goes thru you feel fortunate. But the wait thru the process is unbelievable.

I've just had a fairly lengthy session that has gone through the 7 o'clock hour, and things have been very smooth here. A couple of bets placed without incident.
It seems like we are getting into a period of unevenness. I have definitely not been having as much trouble as everyone else for awhile.

Anybody else in the US unable to access this site at all? I use it to compare lines... and I can't even get the site to appear on my browser...
tried pinbet.com, pinnaclesports, and different combos of numbers in front of pinnaclesports.com...
was on IE and use Mozilla primarily, but still nothing.
Yet I try a different computer (library or anywhere else) and the site pops up. Anybody know how I can access pinnacle at home?

Now as to Pinny's performance so far today. I know it's early but it seems more stable. They are still having trouble when you click on the confirm wager. Takes anywhere from 3 to 20 secs for the bet to go through. Very frustrating.Comment -

I believe overall they have made progress on the site stability--they just have difficulty still during prime time. The problem i am experiencing (as well as others) is the line changes that result from the hangups during the bet stages. it doesn't happen everytime--but it happens way more than it ever did. Noticed this wager hangup/delay in the last 10 days.Comment -

That seems like an odd number. If you are talking about spreads, I am looking at 2K right now. I'm not sure if it is lower earlier.
My general observation about performance of late:
Things have been good. I have been getting all the bets in. No serious slow-down at crunch times (although we'll see how things go leading up to 1 o'clock tomorrow).
Only problem is I get signed out when I shouldn't sometimes. I'll be navigating around and suddenly I'll need to log in again for no apparent reason.
It's annoying but minor. Other than that, things have improved a lot.Comment -

It's been a couple of weeks now since I last had any problem with Pinnacle, and that is constant daily use. So here's hoping that whatever was causing the multitude of problems is long gone now.....
