Love all this "Obama already won" nonsense. He's acting out of character, for starters, because he knows things most people here don't - he's losing.

He's acting pissy just like George Bush, Sr. did when internal polling was telling him it was over.

Just look at where the campaigning is: all up north. Romney is now buying ad time in NH, Minn, PA. And his people left NC for WI & PA.

He is taking the fight to blue states. That is the tell.

Obama took the fight to red states when he won in 2008. Certainly not doing that today - he's playing defense without a message... unless you cound "Romnesia 3.0" or "He's bullshitting" as a message.

Romney's laser focus on jobs and economy resonates in this sh*t economy that Obama underdelivered on.

    President Romney. Deal with it.

I'm a realist. I've looked at the electoral map. If wanting my guy to win but recognizing he most likely won't qualifies me as a flip flopper so be it.

As far as the 2014 senate map is concerned you are correct, mostly Demo strongholds. But after this election a 2 seat swing will give them a majority. Plus the House could have a massive advantage. It's a perfect recipe for intense grid lock until 16.

8 states decide who becomes president this year. Both candidates are going hard in those 8 states.

          Your post was nonsense.

last two states the majority of Americans want to visit are Texas and Alabama, one could possibly throw Kansas or Nebraska in the mix as well.

I don't see a reason to get into a back and forth with you about your posts (queue the old "how is arguing on the internet like the special olympics" joke) so why not just put up lines in the pointbook on which party controls the Senate and House and settle it that way?

                    Texans voted in Rick Perry.

He's a shade this side of retarded. If that doesn't speak volumes of Texas, not sure what does.

My favorite moment of the GOP primary season was when Romney had to remind Perry what the 3 Govmint Agencies Perry said he would eliminate.

I'm curious. Are presidential candidates retarded before they become guvner of Texas (Bush, Perry) or does the job make them retarded?

I think Obama will be able to get alot more done in a 2nd term, for better or worse, depending on your view. The Other side should be more willing to work with him, when their only goal, to defeat his re-election, isn't there anymore.

That makes good logical sense, but at the same time, let's face it, his name is still going to be Barack Hussein Obama and he's still going to be black, and Republicans have moved so far to the right and view compromise as a dirty word.

Ruh Roh John. This can't be good for ya:

Take note--- Obama's lead in Ohio is now starting to exceed some polls margin of error.

According to a CNN/ORC International survey released Friday, President Barack Obama holds a four point advantage over Republican nominee Mitt Romney in the contest for Ohio's much-fought-over 18 electoral votes. Fifty-percent of likely voters questioned in the poll say they are backing the president, with 46% supporting the former Massachusetts governor.

The CNN poll was conducted by ORC International from October 23-25, with 1,009 Ohio adults, including 896 registered voters and 741 likely voters, questioned by telephone. The survey's overall sampling error is plus or minus 3.5 percentage points.

Are they allowed to say the word "evolution" in Texas these days?

I waiting for monthly book burning parties in Texas. Right after that stupid state fair, actually they can do it at the state fair, and deep fry the burned book ashes. "Step right up folks, some deep fried evolution textbook-- hmmmm, good"

The last time the democrats had the executive, house and senate they used tax payers money to give over a trillion dollars to obama supporters and called it a "stimulus". Of course they didnt pay for it, they simply borrowed it.

From the conservative side any Republican that is elected to congress better be preventing this type of plundering. There are times when gridlock is better for the country than compromise. Obama has not passed a budget in 3 years. Did he compromise? No. Let's hold down spending until the pendulum swings back and we get a reformer in there who understands business.

When a country can print it's own money, deficits don't matter.
Our elected officials could care less about the debt why should any of us?
Both parties have plans to cut the debt, 10 years out!
Yeah, they are really concerned with that.

                                            John, I'm confused.

Deficits matter now? Did they matter when Bush and the GOP controlled the WH, Senate, and Congress and signed into law the largest expansion of any federal program in history?

And, did Ronald Reagan declare famously that "deficits don't matter"?

Since when have you GOPers worried about deficits?
