But how is +2.6 up 7%? Went from 39.7% to 42.3%.

d2bets and others ignore the obvious: Obama was on the offensive because he feels his feet to the fire. Momentum is shifting and not in his favor, as these markets reflect.

Did not discuss his plan for the next four years at all, except maybe his closing statement. Romney was brilliant by being lucid expressing himself while staying cool, calm and collected. He came off more presidential. With the bleeding he caused in the first debate, he didn't need to simply argue like Obama was obviously instructed to.
