This is most definitely true. And it makes me wonder because... ONLINE... Gary Johnson seems somewhat popular. MUCH more popular than the 5% or so of the Vote that he will likely get. This could be my imagination though because of the types of websites and YouTube videos that I'm naturally drawn to. But to me... on the internet... Gary Johnson seems about as popular as Obama and Romney. Offline... most people I know have no idea who is(but I live in the deep south so...). I can't help but think that if people were allowed to place their vote for President online that Gary Johnson would have a legitimate chance of winning. Probably not in 2012... but in 2016. As for Republicans complaining about bailouts and expenditure, I'm sorry, would you like to have seen what would've happen with no spending after the collapse? Step outside and you might get stabbed, because some guy just lost every penny he had when his derivatives investment worth $50,000 is now valued at $5 at AIG and he got foreclosed on his 2,500 square foot 4 bed/3 bath house to move into a 700 square foot 2 bed/1 bath apartment with his wife and kids. Then, he got laid off from his job and lost his pension because they went belly up after losing 70% of their market asset value. Think about what that may do to your notion of self-worth.
I think Republicans are really not good at math or they'd realize exactly what happened when Obama took office and exactly what needed to be done by his administration. Read about the fallout and do some analysis. You'll see why things are the way they are.
Obama is not perfect by any means, but he is definitely not mostly responsible for the massive hike in unemployment or a whole lot of economic fallout from a worldwide destruction of investment securities. To discuss that shit storm please call George W. Bush or Hank Paulson or Alan Greenspan especially. If you find Alan Greenspan bring a gun and do the world a favor.
