I did something that I do not normally do, and that is following other people's picks. I have decided to follow your 20* "lock" play on the Panthers +10. If this play does not work out, I'm am going to go buy a pair of steel-toed boots for the sole purpose of ramming it up where the sun doesn't shine.

Thanks for the compliments. Carolina was a roller coaster, but as one of you said it is the final score that determines the win. Looks like a 3-0 ATS day too with Detroit, New England and the 49ers pushing.. That brings the first two weeks to a solid 7-2-1 ATS.

The sim and my matchup research clearly show that Atlanta will defend the pass first and allow the Eagles room to run the football. Just a little note to watch in the game and why I think the Falcons will win. The Falcons' offense is built around a physical ground attack with Michael Turner as their featured back. Philadelphia did give up 154 yards (5.9 yards per attempt) in its Week 1 win, including a huge rushing play. The Eagles linebackers are by far the weakest unit on the team and I think you will see Atlanta gash them up the middle.
