Also, the Falcons defense can attack the 'A' gap on the Eagles vastly over rated offensive line. They can do this and not break containment on the perimeter. As I said before Vick will never last a full season based on the number of big hits he took in Week 1 and he will take some again tonight.

In the event of dual possession, the tie does go to the receiver. In the Buffalo/Oakland game, the play you are referring to though did not have dual possession. It was a play that involved multiple "touches" but possession at the end of the play was clearly in the hands of the Buffalo player resulting in an interception. I like the 'OVER' tonight in the Giants/Rams game for a 5* play.
