The Eagles definitely made the right move for the entire team. After his performance last game, you cannot deny him the starting role.

The dumbest things I continually see posted are how "the players are behind Vick" etc. These are the exact same comments made about Kolb in the summer. The players want to win and would support a wet diaper as QB if the diaper led them to a win. Realistically, the Eagles were to begin the season and still are a fringe playoff team in the NFC although the "window" appears more open with some teams struggling, but it is just Week 3. The biggest personnel issue facing this team is MLB Stewart Bradley. No one even talks about it, but the defense SUCKS without this kid. He is their leader and so important to them. This team won't go far without improvement from the D and the O-line. Doesn't matter if Vick, Kolb or Kafka is the QB.

Michael Convict is going to mean the end for Reid. He's an overrated, uncoachable, selfish player that can't win. There is a 0% chance Philly ever wins the title with that fucker and it's going to mean a lot of people 2nd guessing reid on how he should be used...

It's going to turn into 3 million second guessing head coaches in Philly on how the fucker should be used...

Why do you like him... because he's fast?

Hey, this guy is a child molestor, but I like how he shoots his jumpers in pick up basketball... I'm a fan!

They should of kept Mcnabb but a focused Vick Ill take especially in a divison that is on the decline.. Vick isnt the same thug he was before and he was a playoff qb this guy is focused and that could be dangerous!!

I think Vick can develop into an excellent qb. When I saw him as a frosh I told my buddy to watch out for this guy he is going to be great. He fvcked up and I am ready to give him another chance. I believe he will do well.

Of course, some people are against him for just one reason. I seem to remember growing up in the 60's and hearing that there will never be a great black golf pro.

EaglesPhan36 knows the score here. Stewart Bradley getting healthy is probably the biggest concern for the Eagles, but they should be able to contain the one dimensional Jags. I think it is likely that Kolb will be the 2011 starter for the Eagles, and I think they should put up a prop on it.

I would not be surprised in the least if after Kolb was cleared to practice he still looked like crap from the concussion. Naming Vick the starter while Kolb actually gets back to 100% is a great move. Then either trade Vick or wait for him to have a terrible game and bring back Kolb. I know Andy said it was nothing to do with the injury but he always plays things close to the vest.

Even if it was garbage time against the Pack that Vick made his big plays, the Lions D-line is no joke and Vick was making them chase him for six seconds a play. The one play where Vick just spun off a blitzer, even Vince Young or Big Ben takes a hard sack there, it was just electric. Whoever the Eagles go with they will be fine, Big Red was right when he said it was a great spot to be in. I bet Cardinals fans would love to be choosing between a former Pro-Bowler and a potential pro-bowler.
Walter forgot... when you're desperate's when you got no choice.

Reid has lasted longer than most coaches in the NFL. I think he knows what he's doing.
