Teams playing on the road with a short week on Thursday Nite are at a big disadvantage. Last week this worked to the advantage of the Atlanta Falcons here as they handled the Ravens. You miss a good two days of prep, along with the travel that makes it very hard for the road team.

Last week the Bears came up with a huge effort against Minnesota, putting the final nail in their season. The Bears have very little to play for as they are sitting in first place. The Dolphins will fall 3 games back to both New England and the Jets if they come up short tonight. This is BIG GAME time for the home team, who gets very little respect starting their third string QB Thigpen, who can't be worse than the two Chads (Pennington/Henne). As we have pointed out before, teams don't get up for 3rd string QB's and teams playing these "No names" give 110% to make up the difference.

Miami will get to Jay Cutler tonight and make it very tough for him to operate. Cutler comes off two of his best games ever, so how long can that last… He has been very inconsistent over his starts with a 19-40 ATS record. Finally the public likes the Bears (And we know who stupid they are) so it’s time to Swim with the fish.

Thoughts: What happened to the Utah Utes, they were ranked in the top 5 thee-weeks ago, now they have lost two-in-a-row straight-up as favorites, while only scoring in single digits. Last time Utah had back-to-back single digit scoring efforts was twenty years ago in 1990. Before the crash two weeks ago the Utes were scoring over 45 points per game.

How good is TCU...They are the only school that has not allowed a 200 yard passing game this season...pretty good defense. But TCU failed to cover last week along with Oregon, Stanford, and the above mentioned Utah. This knocked out most of the parlays and teasers in Vegas for another big win for the books. TCU and Utah made our first losing week of the season...Uggh. Let's get them back!

ok makes sense, I already had to put the plays the in, was just wondering which side if u had to make a call in a few, doing correlated parlays, if over and fav was better, or dog and under. If I have no call/read on the game (and I didnt) Ive been going dog/under but Im not sure which side is stronger longterm with no reads/leans
