total mismatch imo...NCst had to play unc 3 times to get close and id say that mainly because unc was to big for wolfpack to get what they wanted inside..NCst doesnt have the 3 point gm to take adv of Ku perimeter d and inside Ku is very good defensively, w/o easy baskets and put backs just dont think NCst can keep this all that close...i got Ku by 12+...

yeah, under looks solid. think we're looking at something like a 70-60 game. trying to decide if i want to go 1H under 62' or full game. my one concern is how well OSU shot against Cincy zone, but Cuse zone is night-and-day better. BOL tonight, Houli.

Cuse zone vs any other team is practically incomparable, since Cuse roster has the measurements of a NBA team. Its the only reason it works.

well-said. i just never figured that OSU would put up anywhere close to 80 on UC's zone, but agree, probably sounds more relevant than it actually is.

Well this is interesting. I haven't believed in Syr all year. They blew an 8 team SBR parlay ML a few weeks ago in the BE trny. I bet against them in my bracketts. I awoke this morning to see OS -3 and thought ... Boy this may be a good spot to finally bet Syr. Having trouble seeing OS scoring easily against the matchup zone unless Buford goes off from 3.

Anyway been following your thread all year and respect your opinion. Very few 5U plays and OS gets one. Hummm. Last time we disagreed I had Ala U and you had over. I passed and was right. I think I'm going to do the same here and pass and hope things even out. BOL and nice night last night. I had a nice 3 teamer ORL/LA NBA and Ken and got home 5 minutes to late to get it in. I may have to finally come into the 21st century and get one of those newfangle things you all have. I still rotary dial. LOL.

what's up, Madison? good to see you. i don't want to call undue attention to it, but this is my first 5* of the year, and i hate to bet the Buckeyes (usually stick to their totals). however, my big concern is how they attack the Cuse zone, and watching them play UC Thursday, DeShaun Thomas was an absolute zone killer. yes, Cuse zone is much better, but from the beginning of the tourney, i'd have expected to play under or pass in this game. i think that this is the game when being without Melo finally catches up to Cuse defensively. without shot-blocking at the back of the zone, Thomas and Sullinger will be deadly in the two-man game if Thursday night is any indication (again, i know that Cuse is better, but OSU was surgical against UC). i'm actually expecting next to nothing from Buford (aka the Colonel) because he's been cold for a month. Craft and Thomas has been on another planet in the tourney, Sullinger and Smith have been good, and the Colonel has been subpar. if that's how they play tonight, OSU by two or three possessions. if the Colonel shows up too, double digit margin. BOL to you tonight, Madison. hope that you don't end up regretting it (for a number of reasons). GO BUCKS.

Thinking they need to score inside. As we both know having a big that can spot up at the elbows and hit that shot or at least be a threat is the Achilles heal of the Syr zone. BOL. And don't worry about regret I'm a big boy and win and lose on my own decisons.

Funny though that I've had some success (doubled my post up) but I'm the biggest curse of all when I tail. I swear I've tailed various posters plays over the last 8 months and guaranteed I'm hitting like 15%. I almost feel guilty when I tail as I usually do it just for action and small. FYI, I've hit my last 5 bets and I tailed you last week and dragged you down. Apologies. LOL

haha, no worries - my failures are all my own, your tailing has no impact of course. i hear you on tailing, though. i tail no one, fade no one, but there are definitely guys that i like to see on same plays as me, and i hate to see a lock thread on one of my plays.
