WOOOO! A nail biter OT cover. No need for the nail biting though, being up by dd basically all game, then a few stupid turnovers late in regulation. I'm drunk and high and even I could have picked off those last two Provo passes in regulation! They were doing the same stupid back n forth slow motion passes and just got picked off. Ugh. WELL THAT'S THE BIG EAST FOR YA, it's gonna be a lot of close games with the edge towards home teams. I think behind the Big 12 (think 7 or 8) Big Ten (6 or 7), an ACC (6), Big East will have the next most tournament teams with probably 6 teams in the Big Dance. So far in the BEast, only Doug McDermott-less Creighton looks bad - hell even DePaul is pretty good!Comment -

it was a little curious to me.. my problem with them was until recently most their wins have came against really bad competition while sf been losing to a lot of solid teams.. i started to wonder if the records would be reversed if they changed schedules then the line started making a little more sense to me. i just left alone..Comment -

yea i said "till recently"..their last few wins have been respectable. byu, sd, and even port.. before those 3 gms tho they hadnt beaten anyone inside the top 200. obviously they capable proven of late. just saying while they were beating bottom feeders sf was playing a lot of tougher teams and while they havnt been good coming into the year they were a team thought rather highly of.. think they just bit off more than they could chew with schedule and things snowballed on them..Comment -
all im really saying is line started making more sense than it did initially as at 1st glance i thought same as everyone else.. still not saying wave are a bad play. just saying that while wave were building their record sf was losing to teams 100 spots better. i think it fair to say we expected sf to be a better team than pepperdine coming into the year. while there certainly been enough gms to prove that wrong it not like sf doesnt still have the players to be the better team here..at this point ya are what ya are tho and sf has played like losers while the wave havnt. hope you guys cash, if both hold current form you should. line just says what we thought we knew preseason, sf is probably the more talented group. clearly not the better team tho..glComment -
