Well, you could also say that Michigan State thumped Indiana and Maryland beat Mixhigan State twice which is awful hard to do In conference play....throwing it out there

ive mentioned this a ton but i really dont go for the team A beat team B = what will happen against team C type approach. several reasons i dont like that method, 1st and foremost as they say in boxing, styles make fights so really hard to take a lot away from how they both play 1 team when facing each other where styles and matchups could be completely different. secondly who knows what other factors played in the common opponent gm? from a bad scheduling spot for one, to maybe said team was just on different levels of play in each gm for a variety of reasons, to one possibly just having a bad night.. i know you were just doing this in response to them using a different common opponent so not trying to pick at you. just taking this opportunity to say i really dont like this thought process to weigh much into my capping at all..

havnt looked much at that gm but off top of my head im wary of RI as i dont believe they have really beaten anyone worth a damn.. turn it over a ton (lasalle forces a lot of turnovers too), and they foul so freaking much (not sure lasalle takes adv of that id have to look closer).just gut id have to say i wouldnt be comfortable laying points with them as i cant recall 1 win vs a school inside the top 200!

agree. if URI was a team worth backing, they would have taken that game at UMASS.
they are approaching that point in the year when outside of individual stats, there is
not much to play for except the off-chance that they would take the A10 championship.
and agree on Providence.. they have been doing a lot right, the depth of the team has
expanded. their defensive play has blossomed, rebounding is strong and so is morale.

Same here...SMC relies so much on Waldow. They can get away with it vs clubs like BYU who play zero defense and don't have any bigs but I don't see him having a big night vs the zags frontcourt. Not sure if I'll play it or not though

I am leaning notre dame -10. They can score in bunches. This va tech team has no confidence. I look for a huge game from grant. I am weary of taking provo they have burned me almost every time I have played them. Also a small lean on the bonnies.

I don't know what it is, but I have a feeling Depaul could upset tonight. They randomly show up in big games this season. Only thing that's making me think Seton Hall wins is Depaul relies on the 3 quite a bit, and Seton Hall has great perimeter D. Thoughts?

I must not be looking at the same stats as him. I see that they struggle rebounding (267th def. and 209th off.) I guess this will be a no-play for me. Had Iona winning by 8-10.

I really like this Murray St team. I think they get it done tonight on the road. Plus, I was on the freshman team in high school when Prohm was senior PG. I conditioned with him/team in off season and went to summer basketball camps with him. He's doing good things there and fun to watch.
