Dex is correct, it is technically not a system play. This goes back to the discussion of when you look at the lines and for my data set I used opening lines. Looking at historical data that is easier to calculate, research and quantify. That being said, we all played anyway based on the capping of the game.

well, the answer is not that cut and dry. to research historical data you have only a few options, opening lines and ending lines. basically, whenever the line moves i view it as an error. the error is either the oddsmaker putting out a badly researched line or an error on the bettors at large going too heavy on either side. there are people on here (jaymac) who can tell you what to do with line movement. this is a work in progress and the parameters set forth are set in such a way where the parameters can be expanded not drawn back in over time. this butler game is another good data point.
