Penn St is coming in rested...haven't played in a week and now Talor Battle feels healthy and 100% while Raymar Morgan on Mich St is still not 100% from his viral infection...13 pts is a lot here IMO..not like Penn St has to play all that great for a 12 pt loss and cover here...Penn St also was within 1 with 90 sec left at home earlier this year vs Mich St before losing...Comment -
