I learned last year never to take a KU over second half, I'm not sure where to find the stat but I honestly feel like their second haves go under about 80% of the time in the second half versus conference teams or non-cupcake ooc.

As with everything, this is a work in progress and this lull has given me time to look for corrections. I think the thing I need to get back to doing better is playing the strongest plays and leaving the others off the board. That is my goal this week. Could be fewer plays, but I think the hit rate should work back in the right direction if I stick to this.

Would you mind just posting your play that you want to use then the "lean" you would have on something even if you arent necessarily playing it.

Well guess I can't say I am too upset about losing that one. It barely scrapes by in the final :30. Unfortunately both teams were hot for too long before the end. Shit happens. Onto the next and maybe a rebound.

I have not had good luck trying similar things with the NBA. I've tried different variations, but it does not seem to translate very well. NBA doesn't offer the extra possessions normally in the 2nd half and seem way more scattered than NCAAB to me from half to half and even quarter to quarter.

Indeed. Staying with the strong plays was very helpful and avoiding any iffy ones. Going to stay in that mindset and I think things will continue to turn around.
