I say bank it if you wanna play it safe. You got what you wanted in 8 plays over like 2-3 days, that's amazing. Depends how big of a risk you wanna take! The thread does say bank at $500 though, wouldn't want to see you get greedy and lose it all haha

$100 to win $23.81

I banked the $538.67 that I achieved from attempt #1 because I don't feel as confident with this UNLV pick as the ones I played in attempt #1. So I am starting back at $100, profiting over $400 from attempt 1 in 2 days.

Great job! I say we bank and start again at 150 or 200. Then shoot for 600. It will take one less bet, yet we still can pull out $400 profit like the previous attempt (I mean achievement). It will lower our chances of hitting the "whammy" yet allow us to bank close to the same amount of money. We are in the green after all, playing with house money at this point.

With the tourney coming up should be a lot of -350 to -500 games coming up. Hopefully we get a nice profit.

Yea, this was also a factor in my banking decision. If there weren't many games tomorrow, I might have kept attempt #1 rolling and picked back up tomorrow. There should be some easy winners tomorrow.

Bet #1 - UNLV over Wyoming - $100 to win $23.81 - WIN

UNLV "only" won by 8, but the game was never close, as they had a halftime lead of 17 and extended that lead in the second half at one point. Mike Moser had a great game with 22 points and 14 boards, and the UNLV defense did a fantastic job holding Wyoming to just under 30% shooting from the field.

We will pick-up bet #2 tomorrow and continue from there.

First set of games are all heavy favorite games - Temple/Mass, Kentucky/LSU and Carolina/Maryland so I'm sure the bets will start fast and furious tomorrow.

Tomorrows schedule is almost better than todays! Should be able to pull 3 or so winners in a row if you start on the early games. I'll be loading up on kentucky for sure because they are unstoppable

Yea, I saw those, but the lines might be too high. Carolina and Michigan State look pretty decent as well. I'll look into the lines and post the play in the next 20 minutes or so.

Attempt #2 - Bet #2 :
Michigan State over Iowa First Half @ -335
$123.81 to win $36.96

As expected, the North Carolina game was extremely juiced (over -1000 for the game and -600 for the first half), so I had to resort to my second option in the Spartans (would have been a great first option if it wasn't at the same time as the UNC game). With that said, Michigan State should cruise in the first half after being off for a little less than a week, and Iowa played a tough/close game against Illinois yesterday. The last team these two teams met 2 months ago, Michigan State led at half 46-24 and wound up winning by 34.
