Fk Alvin Gentry and his horrible bench management. Nash and Gortat rollin' in the third, build a lead, then sit on the bench for the first 8 minutes of the 4th and have to survive 2 missed shots to win. There goes the prop. Am I bitter? Yes I am.

Man, that was a tough one. He ended up getting 16 points - one off a push (mainly because he was benched for ages in the 4th) and 12 boards which means the rebounds would have won and the points + rebounds would have won. Bad choice by me but a very frustrating beat

tough beat on that Gortat bets guys...even worse he made a basket to get to 18 but they called offensive foul...you get it back tonight though

i had another great night going 2-1 and making a nice chunk in nba and cbb....

Sorry for the late post but I played Brandon Jennings over 20 points at -108 for 2 units earlier to continue my stategy of betting points against Lin and the Knicks. It seems the line has been heavily bet and is now at -138.

GL all, Mike got anything on tonight? Won't be watching the games as I am off out and so will check in the morning, I hope I am reprieved after the tough loss on Gortat

Basically just riding the hot hand here..Like the value at +110 here....only 2 games left so may add 1 more from the 10:30 game..Gortat has reached 17+ in 7 of his last 9 games..

Good old Marcin Gortat and his non-existent 4th qs. Unlucky on that one Mike, he has been a t**t lately to us. Didn't put anything on as was out. I'm feeling a play on Rondo assists or points tomorrow, I think he has a massive game against a team who struggle to defend PGs and have been linked with a trade for him.

One play I am all over today:

Andrew Bynum - Over 17 points +106 for 3 units. Big men dominate the Celtics, simple as. I wanted to play over 12.5 boards but the line was heavily juiced and I think this prop still has a great chance. No one on the Celtics team can match up with this guy and in his past three games he has scored 26, 19 and 30 points. The guy is playing the best ball of his career at the moment and I wouldn't be surprised to see him get close to a 20/20 game today.

My other play on the early game which I am playing for 1 unit is Rajon Rondo over 10 assists at +102. Both plays at pinnacle sports.

Heads up to everyone, Bulls play Knicks at United Center tomorrow and I see a big night for Derrick Rose and will be playing the over points or points + assists, provided the line is no more than 25. I didn't play Holliday today as he doesn't get that many minutes.

Those teams are always great for 3s, I do like that bet. I heard Griffin has got a sprained ankle or wrist so I won't touch any of his props as his minutes may marginally decrease. I have my eye on Chris Paul over 21.5 points at +104, I think he has a good game against a Warriors backcourt where Curry will be limited and he will be able to destroy Nate Robinson.

Recently I have only been playing -110 or better and the majority have been + props, as Mike often says the value on them is much greater in the long run.

I am gearing up for my Rose bet tomorrow, may be my only 4 unit prop play of this year so far. Will have to see the line etc but I think he goes over 30+ against the hapless Knicks. The one fear I have is that we have blown them out by the end of the 3rd and Rose sits for most of the 4th.

Just put 1 unit on Chris Paul over 21.5 points, thats me for the night

paul is -115 at 5D so cant follow that with those odds, but they may tuen to +100 by gametime on that 1, so im going to start a 3-slot Open prop parlay just for tonight and see what happens....and there not very many good choices so i wouldnt advise any1 to tail these but heres what im starting with

Ty Lawson pts+ass OVER 24.5 (+120)

and

M.Throton OVER 19.5 points (+120)

if those look decent ill add another from the last game at 9:30.ill wait and see what odds are later even if i make it there...no single plays for me tonight, just taking the parlay..GL all

D.Lee +3 vs. Blake Griffin pts+rebs.....(+110)

they have played 2 times this year and Lee has out-performed him without the 3 pt cushion both games....i think its pretty good value here...im thinking of playing it by itself

well that little parlay is a loss with ty lawson, he is stinkin it up.....so thats 0.5 down, so going small again and try 1 more unit on this 4.2 to 1 odd 2slot parlay...if that is too a loser then no biggie just went light tonight with droppin 1.5 units..but its worth a shot at that value imo..didnt like any prop today enough to bet more than 1 unit..we will start again tomorrow guys!!!

glad i didnt bet my usual for every play tonight...bad luck tonight..thorton only played 9 min. whole 1st half for some reason, and lawson has 0 pts off just 2 attempts late in 4th...phew....great night to go small with just small parlays and not str8 bets...

. Hope you played that Griffin prop, he absolutely smashed it tonight, showing no signs of the wear I expected. Lawson didn't show up tonight, some decent games to bounce back on tomorrow and at least you reduced your losses by betting small.

yeah back to my normal bettting tonight though so hopefully it will be a decent night of NBA props...cant wait to start march madness ncaa player props too starting thursday....be nice to have a good next few days b4 it starts
