I posted this a few days ago but i'll post it again regarding tonight's nfl game:

*pick of the week* St. Louis Rams -1 @ Seattle Seahawks (4 Unit Play)

I understand the line has moved by at least 2.5 points at most places. I would suggest buying the Rams down to -3 at a minimum for some protection. Although I think the Rams will win by a TD or more, would be horrible to jump on at Rams -4 and they win by a FG.
