I am also looking at Utah for the late games. Bayless will have a very tough time trying to step in for Roy, he only avergages 9ppg and 2.4 assists. Utah feels like they are finally hitting their peak offensive potential (averaging over 110 last 5 games) and the Blazers haven't put up more than 98 in their last 5 games. Utah is a much better team than New Orleans who beat Portland at home last game. Utah is 0-6 last 6 at Portland and would love to end that streak tonight against a shorthanded Portland team.
Utah is 8-0-2 last 10 ATS. The only two losses came against two of the best home teams in the NBA, Denver and Memphis.

Monday morning quarterback. I may take a break for a few weeks after tonight, I am just doing really bad and have won a decent amount in the NBA. I mean fading the Nets and losing is a sign for me to take my money and run at least for a bit.

I still have all the confidence in the world and would put my picks up against anyone out there. I have just had the worst 3 nights of this NBA season for myself and just want to take a break and clear my mind of it. Three straight nights of losers might not be so bad for the average capper but I am pretty sure this is the first time or maybe second time it happens to me all year. I went 14 straight nights with nothing but straight winners just two weeks ago so I know I got the goods.

Suns 1st Half -0.5 -115. The Suns are a great 1st half home team and Dallas is a muchhh better 2H team. Mavs have been on the road since January 17th and I expect them to come out flat, they did have one home game in between but I'm sure too them it feels like they havent been home at all.

I also like the Over 216 Suns/Mavs game. They haven't gone under the total twice in a row in 4 years.

I am looking at the total in the Orlando/Boston game. The O/U came out at 187.5 and with pretty even numbers hitting both sides, it has quickly gone up to 190 on some sites. The interesting thing about this is that this matchup has been an under machine, hitting seven straight unders. Boston and Orlando have recently also been under machines, Boston has hit the under in 4 of their last 5 games and Orlando has hit the under in 8 of their last ten games.

I am leaning Knicks -3.5 tonight. The Raptors have been downright terrible ATS on back to back, 2-8. The public is pounding the Raptors yet the line goes Knicks -3 to Knicks -3.5, big RLM. New York played the Raptors on 1/15 and the line was Knicks -2 and the Knicks lost by 8. Now today after that loss the line comes out a whole point higher at -3 with Toronto coming in hot beating LA and Miami? I am thinking this Knicks pick is very strong.

I know everyone thinks the under is a chicken dinner because it has been for a while in this matchup but with the way the line is moving I think this time the over hits.

I am also liking the Magic -3.5 tonight. Public is pounding Boston to the tune of 63% yet the line has stayed still at -3.5. Boston really hasn't showed me anything lately, they beat the Clippers and Blazers @ home but were not even close to covering either of those games. Portland took Boston to OT without Brandon Roy. Prior to those two games the Celtics are 3-5 SU. They lost to Det, Dallas @ home, Chicago @ home, Alanta @ home and on the road. The 3 wins were to NJ, Toronto and Miami, games that they wre favored in.

The Magic have been money at home lately. They are 4-1 SU their last 5 games at home. They come into this game winning three of their last four games. They did lose their last game to one of the hottest home teams around, Memphis. I think the Magic will want to start this homestand right after losing their last game.

We also get the revenge factor big time in this game with Boston winning @ Orlando on Christmas.

Well as far as posting my play/analysis in LB's thread, I only did it to shed some insight and try to help him out and the people that read his thread. I know it is very hard for you to believe that I would try to help him out with some information but it's the truth. He has a lot of followers and people that bank off him so I think he should have as much insight into a game as possible. I am hitting just as high if not higher % than him so I would assume my opinion would be somewhat helpful.

As for my guarantee, I just wanted to motivate myself since I have been really down these last couple of days and to be honest with you I really was confident I would go on an upswing so I let it be known by guaranteeing it.
