Might I add that he running at full speed probably at least 15 mph to get to that .2 second window and still did it...

Obviously, Lebron can't make it to the MLB now or maybe hit those pitches, but if he grew up playing baseball and stuck to it more than basketball, he'd be a great baseball player. first of all, if lebron went into the nfl today without training, he would get buldozered by lewis. Rugby players have better tackling technique? WTF? I played rugby for 2 years in HS and the players were PUSSIES compared to when I played regular backyard tackle football wit my boys. Most of the time, I didn't even get tackled in Rugby, I would just get held.

It's true that anyone can pretty much tackle anyone. Any rugby player could tackle Adrian Peterson, but a rugby player trying to play RB in backyard football would get SMASHED by lewis. It would honestly feel like a train just hit them. Bro I used to get hit so hard by some of my boys in backyard football and rugby players were nothing compared to that.

Athletes in the NBA have less body fat percentage than any other sport. You know Jordan was like 2-3% body fat at one point right? I bet Crosby and hockey players are at least 10+. Athleticism is a combination of strength, speed, and vertical. Hockey players probably can't even dunk. NBA Players dominate all those categories.

That's a skill, not a feature of athleticism. I've seen plenty of Wings games, never from the second row, that'd be tight. Guys I'm not disrespecting hockey players in any way. But come on, skating is a skill, stamina/endurance- yeah they're part of being athletic, but they're not in the major 3.
